Always love yourself, but that includes losing weight to avoid dangerous obesity. That is loving yourself too. Lizzo is just a marketing product to sell body positivity which is often very unhealthy (i.e. be as overweight as you like), designed to make big $$$ as part of the music industry machine. The funny thing, if she got down to a healthier weight, her money making schtick would probably go down with it lol. She lost me when she advertised some ridiculous, dangerous 10 day juice diet (for cash for her of course). That is when it all became totally phony to me.
