Bro, you don't need supplies at all. You can make moonlight potions which is effectively a divine super combat that also works as a prayer pot and get food from the lizards/ddr fish.
By the way Dovy, there actually is 0 supply cost at this boss. You can make these pots (It's like a divine super combat + Prayer pot, which gives extra def) with Moonlight Grub paste and vials of water from the crate. There's also these fish you can catch there that heal 30. I always start a run in Eclipse room and stock up on supplies first Bro wasted like 1m in super combats and ppots :/
Full guthans is pretty good if you fill your inventory with moonlight potions and a bit of food and just change between all 3 attack styles with the war spear trades a bit of damage for maybe one more rotation

honestly for people like me, i just dont find any fun in ultra hard challenges like inferno. not only is there an insane time investment (2-4 hours per run is INSANE) not to mention gear needed to do well, plus literally needing to abuse mechanics in the game that were never intended to be advanced combat mechanics when the game was designed. all that adds up to a really stupid challenge. im not sure what more could be done to make something challenging in a game where you click and wait to do damage, but honestly i have no interest in doing any high level pvm in this game just for that fact. its kinda depressing because i love this game but i will never earn any of the ultra high level gear because i just dont like these mechanics
@@BloodDripss Stuff like the inferno is trash for the reasons you listed and I have always hated content like that. I don't have a problem with people using unintended mechanics but when its required like that, it's just bad imo

Dovy you can catch fish, and make your own potions (better than overloads) in the Perilous Moons cave's before you start the mini game.
I just reached over half way with my kill count. 8 of 13 done. Two different back to back chests really helped.
