Do you have any suggestions on a place I can find learning rotations similar to this? Is PVME my only place? While I’m pretty decent at pvm I want a better sense of rotation/how to output such a high amount of damage.
No, I was actually trying to use off-style Tsunami to have crit adrenaline no matter what, but it never ended up actually used lmao. But that should change in the future...
Lag free gameplay is just night and day. If you're from Asia or Africa, you're royally screwed coz there's no nearby servers and you gotta take the pain. Unfortunate.

dude wtf, do you have to live in the UK to not have terrible tick lag in runescape? I have google fibre and my character has never moved that smoothly 0_0. I eat all the squares because the game never responds fast enough
I have the same problem. Die every time at Kezalam because dive cool down doesn't reset. Try using surge but it is unreliable to move to a specific square and if you are not already facing the correct direction, well you just surged to your death. Where is the double dive codex? I am relieved to see that I am not the only one that has to click 5 times before character actually moves. How Lucario still managed to make it by is beyond me. I still die.

PvME is the best place for it, yeah. You can also submit VOD reviews in PvME to get feedback on them.

At the Nakatra fight, how come your dive ability resets every time you use it?
Is like kerapac jump attack, if you dive or surge out the way on the last tick the cooldown is instantly reset

Does anyone know what causes the Devourer stacks to go up? Is it just a time-based thing. In a duo we are getting into like the 600s.

if you use dive to successfully dodge a mechanic it resets itself so you can use it again
