I'm definitely gonna stir up an Alice kit for airsoft. I usually run a plate carrier, but in getting tired of the air restricting, basic, up in your face plate carrier. Besides over 5 years of collection and receiving Alice gear throughout, I've managed to get 16 canteens with covers, 26 pouches, 12 suspenders, 4 belts, 7 mag pouches, and some other junk. Might give it a try and see how it holds for airsoft
if you ever decide to run AK airsofts use lithunianian pouches. so during the 90s the made basically AK style pouches that go on alice rigs in a woodland camo I recently got myself some and am currently building up my rig

I gotta be honest I was never able to figure out how they attached knives to their shoulders... turns out tape is a godsend
They also used ranger bands, which are basically like pieces of inner tube

If you ever wanted to make room in the pistol belt, a good idea is to alice clip the IFAK to the carry handle on the butt pack
I totally drink water in the middle of every fire fight I was ever in mostly through a camera back but still
Great video! If you lose one of the canteens you could probably squeeze the E-tool on there.
The Etool will fit on the handle of the Buttpack.
You can use the Alice grenade pouches on the sides of the mag pouches as makeshift pistol holsters

Only issue I see if the mag pouch placement. Makes it hard to get flat into the prone, and also retrieve mags. The front should be empty
That woodland canteen holder looks like it might need a MALICE clip to work with the belt.
This has early UA-cam vibes but it was only released a year ago

I saw us troops in the Full Metal Jacket attached the shovel on the Buttpack or you can attach a medical pouch on Buttpack and put a shovel on your belt also.
@Super_Poopie use the M1956 ETool carrier for that already has the slide keepers on it plus has a attachment point for the M8 bayonet scabbard. Those old school ETools were way more durable than the Tri Fold shovels.
I got two mag pouches and a M1961 Buttpack on mine with the suspenders attached to those two canteens med kit all on the belt spare mag pouch on the non firing side of my suspenders. My other rig has the LBV88 vest on pistol belt with two mag pouches two canteens and USGI tri fold Etool and carrier on the belt. The vest rig carries 360 rounds the other rig 270 rounds.

The confederates would actualy flip US belt buckles upside down so it would be sn for southern nation
a couple of good suggestions for an ALICE kit would be to have a chest rig of some kind, be it a high-speed tacticool one or a modified chicom, and you can turn one of the 3 mag ALICE pouches into an IFAK also you should probably tape all of the connections points to the ALICE belt along with zip tying the ALICE clips
if you have gauze in that Compass pouch, you should turn it upside down for easier access. For when you're in the prone position.
You can put a lighter some gauze or a multi tool in the nylon version of the pistol pouch. I'm not sure about the canvas pistol mag, though I'm sure it will fit within some shoving
You can send the 1911 mag pouch my way....

I prefer the H suspenders. For my purposes, they spread the load out more evenly. I’ve got about four or five set ups and they all use H suspenders.
