- This video is a little town tour of places in Central Arizona. Today we are in Mayer AZ, which is part of the Dewey-Humboldt, Prescott, Chino Valley area of AZ. If you are taking the interstate 17 from Phoenix, the Mayer and Prescott Valley area comes before you hit the Mingus Mountain Range taking you to Verde Valley. This video describes the location of the town, some of the local demographics, cool features of the area, and it even profiles a local property to give you an idea of what's for sale in the area. Hello new sub … wife and I are thinking of moving up that way what are your thoughts of Mayer present day. Freeway stuff , towns stuff
Mayer is kind of nice because its quick to get on the highway and get to either Phoenix or Flagstaff rather quickly. Plus home prices are decent and the area is not over croweded. Also easy to get to Prescott to go shopping. Although in some areas the roads seem pretty bad.
Not being rude but why wouldn't you mention the price of the property that you showed or mention prices on other various properties in Mayer? This is kind of the reason I watched your video but you didn't provide any of that at all. Just seems strange if youre a realtor
I recorded this video a while ago, at the time I thought it was a bad idea to mention prices because they change so quickly. In my newer videos I talk about price, but I mention that the price is as of that date and that they are going to be different if you're watching later.
