I Love It Loud - KISS Drum Cover

Coming off the Creatures of the Night album in 1982 this song almost reached the top 100, and was the last single on the Casablanca record label. Prior to this song, KISS was fading fast, and they were barely filling arenas due to their disco album Dynasty, and their concept album The Elder. At the time of recording, Ace Frehley had a bad auto accident and he was replaced by Vinnie Cusano, a.k.a. Vinnie Vincent. Vinnie didn't last long in KISS, but his song writing kept them from drowning in the music business. The song fades towards the end and comes back big similar to The Beatles song Helter Skelter. Eric Carr wanted a big sound similar to Jon Bonham and it was achieved by recording the drums in a big open room. The original video is cool and the drum sounds on the whole album are explosive.
