Hi I have that same projector going to used it on my Yamaha r1 2004 but I have 2 bulbs on each side one high and low beam,I am using the projector for high can I Take out that mechanism from the projector cause it’s only hing beam ??

Yes you can. If you remove the flap it'll be a permanent high beam. 😊

There is a motor in the headlight that points the whole inner reflector up or down depending on the setting

For my lights I used something called Rtv Silicone. If I remember correct I used "Permatex black Silicone" but there's other brands as well to choose from. Loctite etc. 😊
