I did this on my 2010 Picanto. One thing to note is don't forget to make sure beam is perfectly flat before gluing it back because you can only adjust left-right and up-down after that. This is very important because misaligned high output projector is much more blinding to other driver than LED/HID on reflector housing.

It's not easy bro haha. It took me 2hours to open without much damage like this. But now I just put the lights in big box, korek one lobang for heatgun to enter box. Medium heat for 15mins then easily open it. Less than 20mins can settle one lamp. But make sure box is big enough cause u don't wanna burn ur lens. Remember to remove all lightbulb and screws too. Total 10screws, 4 to hold the chrome eyebrow , 6 to hold the lens on the housing

Thanks bro! It's bi-led not bi-xenon tho. I got the halos from aliexpress but you can find them on shopee too. They are by Sinolyn. I got the 86mm one that fits well with the 2.5" projector. But one bad thing about them is that they are of CCFL material which is of lower end lah (and older too) If you can try finding DTM material one. They look acrylic and clear. I didn't buy because I can't find one for 2.5" projector.

Hi bro. It could be: 1) the projector was not mounted properly - did you miss out on any components when mounting? The first time I did this I left out a piece of silicon ring that goes in before screwing in. 2) did u adjust at the car engine bay area, near the headlamp? There are two adjustment places, one for UP DOWN, another LEFT RIGHT. Both accessible with Philips screwdriver. These adjustments will rotate the entire reflector. U need to turn A LOT for the angle to change abit. Hope these help.
Hi there! I am a little confused but I can try to guess what you are asking. My DRL and angel eyes are powered by both room lamp and ACC. So once car unlocked, room lamp lights up and drl lights up. After that room lamp is off and when key is on my drl will continue to light. But room lamp will not on because current flows from high voltage (room lamp) to low voltage (drl) in one direction only.

Thanks sir. Heat all around then focus on an area and pull that area. Do bit by bit. Then heat all around again. This method is more difficult because the butyl rubber cools down and hardens very easily. I later discovered it is easier to get a huge box (one that can fit in about three of the entire lamp), Dig a hole on one end of the box, put the lamp onto the other end, then insert heatgun into the box, medium heat, for bout 15-20mins. Remember to cover up the box with a towel, use a piece of wood to elevate the lamp, and face the lens of the lamp away from heat source. Start with low heat/ intervals and work your way up cause excess heat may burn the lamp!
I don't understand, you sprayed black the reflector bowl of the high beam too? But you ended up only adding a Projector for the low beam. If so, how do your high beams reflect the light source? Or, will you continue to get another Projector for the high beam in the later stage? Take the lampshade off again?
Correct bro. The original high beam will not be functional anymore. This single projector has both high and low beam. That's why it's called bi. But actually when shift to high beam it only lifts up a piece of metal to allow more lights to pass through.
Nope! That is why it is important to re-seal the lens properly into the housing! Have to make sure that the butyl is applied along the entire groove on the housing where the lens sit on.

Try opening it with a pc browser and google translate. Some of their stuffs are significantly cheaper Or u can search for Sinolyn Bi Led projector on shopee.

@@nizamudinzupilah8805 u can either tap at the main socket of ur headlight housing or tap the wires within the housing. Yup that's for one piece. So a pair would be around 250. But courier fees would be around 50-60 so it's better to buy bulk. You need to get the butyl sealant too bro

Tbh the lamp only got 3 wires. just high beam low beam and ground. Just connect the wires to your high beam, low beam and any ground of your car. These wires can usually be found in the fusebox (check manual) or in my case, I connect directly to the group of socket behind my lamp. It's an 8pin socket and has high beam, low beam, signal, t10 position light, drl, and 3 grounds. And for the halo angel eyes, it's from both ACC in the fusebox, and from room lamp. Good luck!

Bro wiring is just highbeam positive negative and low beam positive negative. Simple only. U need to worry about size and the mounting type (h7 h11 etc).
Turn signal I get directly from the main lamp socket which has 8pin - including signal, hi and lo beam, t10 position light. Cause there is no fuse for turn signal for this car

Normal to get two beams bro. Only at a certain distance the two Z will merge into one. Can watch other tutorials how to align car headlamp. 25 feet from the wall parallel.
I just check if anyone out there has replaced the halogen w/ a 2.5inch or 3inch etc. And this projector goes directly into the original bulb mount. So I just have to check compatibility. Hope that helps! But honestly the best way is to measure.

Bi-led has a built in solenoid that opens up the low beam cut off plate when high beam is triggered. When he high beam is not triggered, the plate is in low position.

I'm planning to change it's colours 'coz it's sort of yellowish-white (4300K or somethin'). Are the new Iriz and Persona models use LED Modules for the DRL or just an LED strip? The old Iriz has sort of a bulb LED.
Hi bro. I'm not sure but I don't think there is a bulb for your drl right. It should be led chips with a driver inside that cover - like us. If u wanna change colour I think your best bet would be to get an led strip yg siap dengan driver and naked cam ni shopee.com.my/product/84388441/2703968756?smtt=0.113896583-1614348692.9 Pastu selit dalam drl tu. That's if you find out a way to safely open up, remove the old chips, install new chips and re-seal it la. Abit too much work bro haha

Hi bro. I took from acc from the fusebox and directly from one of the terminal in the cars room lamp all the way through the roof. Same circuit that powered my DRL which I installed on my own. Honestly in car electricity longer wire means more risk I don't really suggest it la. But I'm willing to risk it considering that they only consume about 500miliamp. Reason why I get from the room lamp is that I want them to light up after unlocking. And I got no choice because there isn't a fuse for room lamp. Closest thing is the FS36 Battery Saver fuse (controls room lamp and lamp inside boot - sort of) in the driver's side fuse box but that's permanent 12V. I had to change it to a 15A to make my system works though.

How about the high beam? Really intested with Angel eye but wondering how about the high beam because the angel eye only have 1 main light right?
High dan low dah sekalikan boss. Sbb tu namanya Bi-led.
Bi-led has a built in solenoid that opens up the low beam cut off plate when high beam is triggered. When he high beam is not triggered, the plate is in low position.

I'm still rocking the 2015 Iriz and from the manual book it stated that the DRL is LED module. Any idea what it means? I'm planning to change it's colours 'coz it's sort of yellowish-white (4300K or somethin'). Are the new Iriz and Persona models use LED Modules for the DRL or just an LED strip? The old Iriz has sort of a bulb LED.
Hi bro. I'm not sure but I don't think there is a bulb for your drl right. It should be led chips with a driver inside that cover - like us.
If u wanna change colour I think your best bet would be to get an led strip yg siap dengan driver and naked cam ni

Pastu selit dalam drl tu. That's if you find out a way to safely open up, remove the old chips, install new chips and re-seal it la. Abit too much work bro haha

Hi bro. I took from acc from the fusebox and directly from one of the terminal in the cars room lamp all the way through the roof. Same circuit that powered my DRL which I installed on my own.
Honestly in car electricity longer wire means more risk I don't really suggest it la. But I'm willing to risk it considering that they only consume about 500miliamp.
Reason why I get from the room lamp is that I want them to light up after unlocking.
And I got no choice because there isn't a fuse for room lamp. Closest thing is the FS36 Battery Saver fuse (controls room lamp and lamp inside boot - sort of) in the driver's side fuse box but that's permanent 12V. I had to change it to a 15A to make my system works though.
