Tech is called Bubblehopping but I think it got nerfed in the later versions. The bubble will pop when getting 1st when doing the bounces.

Is Kit playable too?
He's not but the whole main roster is incomplete due to time. Unless someone makes an addon for Kit.
Update, there is a addon pack that has Kit
