9th Circuit Overturns Huge Pro 2A Decision

The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals has once again decided to overturn a ruling by a three judge panel, vacating its decision and taking the case En Banc. The Case is United States v. Duarte. The dissenting judge goes on to admonish the court for its "Groundhog Day" like behavior.
