I would like to know why the following argument has not been made. How does a 10 day waiting period and one in 30 day makes any sense to people with multiple fire arms. For example, why should a person with multiple fire arms be held to any type of waiting period? You want to impose that ONCE, for a first time firearm purchaser, ok I guess. I personally am not for any form of gun control. But a waiting period and one in 30 imposed on anyone with one or more firearms is nothing more than gun control.
How does one file a law suit against California? I know a few retired law enforcement officers that are surprised that they are back to peasant status. 😁 they just realized they can no longer buy off roster fire arms! Now want to sue California.
My proposal: 10 days for new gun owners. None for already gun owning, law abiding citizens. New gun owners can get around 10 day background by doing a certified gun safety and training class.
Since your OK with having your 2A Rights violated for 10 days, when can the government violate your 3A Rights and send a dozen soldiers to your house and have you provide them with room and board for 10 days?

This is huge!!!
Little by little…brick by brick. We’re winning.
If this judge rules in favor of the second amendment against California how long do you think you'll have a job
I buy my toys from the streets! No waiting days, I get it rite away!
I hope this goes all the way to the Supreme Court
Thanks for sharing this information with us Will. IF this goes through, I know folks in CA that will be extremely happy.
When I lived in CA, I had to do that asinine waiting period law BUT, after I moved away from CA to another state, I was able to purchase my choice of firearms and after the 4473 was ran and I paid for that purchase, I was escorted to the exit door with my firearm.
I'm the same person with the same clean record.
You were escorted to the door? I've just had them hand it over the counter 15 minutes or less after filling out the 4473. I can actually put a loaded mag in, put on my hip or concealed after getting it handed over the counter and walk out. Gotta love red state freedoms.
Just move to a red state
Anyone else want this guy to explain warranties? God bless this guy!
I'll hold my breath the summary judgement goes the way it should; in favor of the 2A & 14A... 💀
I've been waiting for the end of the Handgun Roster for 20+ years. nothing really changes in California.
They just change a line of Text in the Law being challenged and we have to sue again.
Not a handgun roster. It's an extortion list.

Colorado enacted a 3 day wait in Oct 2023. I expect Dems to try expanding it to 7 or 10 every year. It’s sad that CO is becoming another Cali.
It was the trash from states like your that moved to California and ruined it.
Proud member seeing San Diego County Gun Owners listed in the plaintiffs. Fight for your rights folks. There really are more of us than there are of them.
What’s the purpose of a so called waiting period if you already own firearms?
To inconvenience law abiding citizens and strip them of their constitutional rights in blue states.
THATS WHAT IM SAYIN!😅
Just move to a red state
@thread_master89 I can't. Like a lot of red voting people that are stuck here can't. Orange County CA has a ton of RED voting citizens. Not all of CA are blue. Even AZ voted Biden last election lol.
@@thread_master_3 best decision I ever made. It's night and day, complete polar opposites between my home state and my current one.
10 days notice. For governor Newsom. To go and kick rocks is a long period of time. He has done enormous damage to the people of California.
about time this got tossed out!
As a Californian these laws and hurdles we have to go through are insane but what I do like to see is, even with all the BS there are still tons of people buying firearms, practicing at the range! I love the community! 💪🏼 🇺🇸 🤜🏼
Thanks mate 😮😊
I hope they make it happen. Thank you for keeling us informed💪🏾
Stay frosty everyone
Keep your powder dry.
Whatever that means.

I am a law-abiding resident of California. I have been denied my Constitutional, Second Amendment Rights since the 1980s. Since I can not depend on the US Supreme Court, when will someone restore my Bill of Rights in Californians?
The 10 days actually isn’t that bad what really pisses me off is the 30 days on multiple firearms
Great content. Lets keep up the pressure on these lawmakers here.
Mark my words ! NOT GOING TO HAPPEN ! AND IT NEVER WILL ! They will wiggle out of it like they do every single time !
Ok. So basically it was brought up but nothing will be done.
And Chevron just announced its moving its business from California to Houston, Texas. Thanks, Newsom.
I'm just here for the comments...
Hey Boss, thanks for covering Commifornia issues.
If it banta, he'll go against this...even though there's overwhelming historical Script how UNCONSTITUTIONAL it is.
They have no constitutional right to do so.
Figured title was misleading, LOL. Likely it’ll be another 32 years and 6 appeals before we can stop waiting 10 days, in Cali.😢
IF THE JUDGE MESSES THIS UP IT WILL BE A PERMANANT BLACK SPOT ON HIS RECORD.
First. Good job on keeping us in the loop 👍
I truly appreciate having someone on my side. Who is knowledgeable enough to keep me informed with the facts I need to stay aware of what my enemies are up to. Lord, I hope you don't get treated the same way as Doug TenNaple has. Your information and FACTS only puts a bull's eye on you too. Keep up the great work!
"cheers!"
The 9th circus will delay it forever when it gets there.
EXCELLENT NEWS AND SUMMARY. VERY EXTREMELY IMPORTANT SUBJECT HERE. IT IS NOT GOOD WHEN ONLY LAWYERS AND CRIMINALS R THE GUARDIANS OF THE LAW.
This was already ruled unconstitutional over 10 years ago.
Great Report. Thank You. CJTV
One day the "system" was down and I couldn't get ammo all day. Oh yea we Californians have to pay $1 for an ammo background checking top of the state tax and new 11% BS tax each time.
Thanks for the video
I bet you a dollar to a donut,
It WON'T pass!!!
Always tough to believe “This one is big!” When every day is a new post that SEEMS like good/bad news but ends up being another announcement that there’s just more delays. Today’s news isn’t much better. Boy crying wolf.
Omg dude report when there is something to actually report not just cases that are in process.
This guy is just trying to get ratings, this guy is full of it.
@Nathan-xb4yg It's all about advertising revenues in the end.
