Finally a video that shows these engines revving in their natural habitat, and not just some dude redlining it in his driveway with the camera pointed at the steering wheel.
It's so hard to embrace the future of EVs , these Flat 6 sounds is just satisfying yet like music. Beautiful ...
As it stands now, we just don't have the infrastructure to support EVs. Sure, we have charging stations, but we don't have any effective means of power generation to keep up with the increased strain on the power grid.
We have a chance in hydrogen engines. There is one 800 hp truck that sounds awesome, and that has zero emissions. There is hope yet.

The first rev at 2:36 sounded like a big V8 for a second. These flat sixes sound amazing because of the harmonics at different rpms. Beautiful sounds.

urikobb3 Thats because these cars are light and the engine is far in the back of the car plus rwd so that they can change direction quickly.

I'm surprised how close the old Need for Speed Porsche game got to the real cars, in terms of engine sound at least. These air cooled 911s sound so different compared to the 996 onwards.

As an American I'm supposed to say v8's are the best but... I do love em too dont get me wrong, but damn anything straight 6 is where my true heart goes. That sound is to die for. Flat or inline 6 (and even vr's) - easily my favorite.

Maybe a stupid qeustion, but are some of these Porsches street legal?
***** licence plate = street legal. Rally cars often have to drive(under own steam) on public road from one stage to the next.
