Never mind all that newbie stuff, I have been trying to find out what that midi controller is you have. No not the Impulse behind you, I already have one (and a S61mk2) and love them both what I am asking about is that thing on your left with I guess 17 faders? Mary Spender had one on her desk and its been bugging me ever since I first saw it
With ram I would say that 32gb is the minimum, simply because constantly replacing sounds give a stop start feel to composing, and I find nothing kills creativity more than having to constantly wait for samples to load, but that’s just my opinion.

Did you say that garage band can have sample libraries loaded to it? Like you could use Albion 1 on Garage band?
What about studio monitors?
Can I use for example Casio keyboard that I already have with MIDI OUT instead of buying new midi controller ?
Hi Composing Academy, I have a question... If my computer doesn't have enough space for sample libraries, I can put in an external memory?

Yes that's a very good point. I definitely know that feeling!
