Five Rules of Gutman 100-Day Challenge:
1. Workouts: Engage in one 60-minute workout daily including active recovery (walking, swimming, jogging, light yoga)
2. Protein - Min 1 gram / kg / body weight
3. Fiber - Min 5 plant points ( any fruit, vegetables, nuts or seeds will be counted as 1 point)
4. Meditation - Min 10 min
5. No ultra processed food

@@DrPalis it ok to add chia seeds to protein powder ? I usually have 15 g chia seeds seperately soaked in water for abt 30 mins added with pepper salt and lemon juice
