"Did you say paint" lol hightlight of this video! I love how the coffee table turned out and the living room looks so amazing and cozy. You always do such an amazing job with all the makeovers. I cant wait for the full home tour. I love your sense of styling in spaces, I would love to see more of your styling tips or tricks.
I love it all. The windows look so good. The sectional looks super comfortable. I have to give you props for the coffee table. I see so many women making furniture, but I just don't have the patience for doing it. Great job.
You can’t see any blue in your rug. It’s so lovely. Like the mix of modern and “oriental” style rug. You did a nice job on your little table. Congrats.
I painted our walls white and chose the black sash when we had our new windows installed. We LOVE them. We did paint the trim white so they weren't too overbearing and they completely changed the vibe of our entire home. :) Good luck with your choice!
Gorgeous as always Tina! 🥰 I was thinking perhaps where the entry way ledge is behind the sofa. You could perhaps knock it out and create a ceiling height black frosted perspex gridded framed screen/ divide. Wide enough to give you a little privacy from the door, whilst allowing light to flow. Mimicking what you created in your LA home, both complimenting and allowing a continuation of the black frame of the windows. Can't wait to see what you create next!xx 🤗
Beautiful makeover!! Love the tones and the additional splashes of black. Appreciate you taking your time to find pieces you love and not just adding items to fill a space 👏🏻 🙏🏻 x
That couch is stunning! I LOVE when you can choose which side the chaise is on - it always seems that when I find one I like, it's not on the side I need!
I think that the room looks wonderful and will be a little bit more functional once you take out the little half wall. I would add a sofa table with some storage and it would make the entry area a bit more functional than it is now. The house keeps getting more cozy Tina. I am looking forward to seeing a plant video this spring.
Tina...Welcome back for the Holidays. I look forward to seeing new designs and watching you do your new home makeover. Looking for the day that you sell your creative designs to us.
Felicitaciones!!
Tina ! The sofa is absolutely gorgeous! Omg the black windows with the black grid look soooo good !! And the coffee table is soooo elegant ! Your home is coming together beautifully !!
You did a great job! It might be handy to leave the front door area shelf/partition. It'd be great for all the small things you need to grab beforehand you leave the house. It's a nice divide and saves putting a side table there later.
I am so proud of you Tina and this new journey of being a home owner and how much you are learning! The fluted table came out beautiful! --okay back to watching the reveal.
What an amazing transformation! You are so brave in trying new things. It gives me courage to try. I love your voice. You're so easy to understand. You explain everything so clearly and you're real about what you would have done differently. You rock!
Love the coffee table! It might be nice to mount the TV instead of hanging art above it, it will fill the wall a bit better without feeling cluttered, and then you can style the top of the console :)
Looks great!! You really don’t need artwork above the tv, the scale will be way off. You could put them behind the plant near the window. And the windows look great black!!
I bet that coffee table would look great in black with wood tones too. if you ever wanted to sand and stain the top too match either the tv console or wood base of the sectional. Great room. Really like everything.
Looks so good! My personal thoughts for the tv wall is if you diy’ed a tv frame and wall mounted it a little bit higher on the wall it would look more “finished” and then you could style the console table rather than art on the wall.
The room is stunning, Tina! We need a new couch and drapes, so I will definitely be looking up your choices. Your videos are so relaxing for me, and it must be incredibly satisfying to look back at the video and see all your hard work come togther!🥰❤️
Looks great Tina. And I love watching you and Brian work as a team. This is one of my favourite YT channels. I wouldn't hang anything above the tv. Instead, I'd wall mount it for height and style the cabinet below. I think it would have more impact. But whatever you decide I know it will be awesome.
It looks sooooo good!!!! My husband and I ended up getting a really reeeaaally dark brown tv stand and coffee table, and are trying to find decor to help liven up the space and make it feel more cozy. I looove that wide armchair 🥰
Tina, this living room is everything 🤩😍 I love the overall design and how simple and functional it is! Also, that coffee table ?!?! OMG it’s literally perfect 👌🏼👌🏼 I’m literally obsessed !!
This is a wonderful makeover!! I love the DIY and changed that the paint and windows made in the space. I only got a little concerned when you said you were taking the pony wall down in the entrance. Your home is so MCM, from the windows to the pony wall that I hate to see it all taken away. There is a nostalgia about them that makes your home what it is. Think about it, as the floors will need to be patched to cover the walls lack of flooring under it and remember that the history of your home is as important to respect as the designs. Keep up the fabulous videos, you are a great teacher and even better host. .
Marybeth, I agree about the wall. This is the character of the home during that period. Tina you can incorporate it with the entrance reveal. Please reconsider leaving it in tack.
The coffee table is everything! It had be wondering if it would be similar to make a dining table of the same style because you saved so much money and it turned out great!
The colors in a rug like that can look so different depending on the light in the room. But I think the cooler colors complement the warm tones of the walnut wood, the ottoman and the blanket ++ really well :) The room looks classy, warm and inviting :) you did great.
Love everything!…I may be too late, but I would definitely keep some kind of separation between the front door and living room. It doesn’t have to be that low wall since you have the table, but I think it should be something would block the air coming in from the front door. It can be a panel or something not as thick as that existing wall.
Love it, one advice I think you should paint the window rail black… I don’t think the wood color suits the gorgeous window very well. And the wood behind the couch too! Looove your space! It’s a home now 🥰
It really came together and looks great. Your DIY art looked brilliant above the tv so I hope that you'll make a third and hang them up - the colours really tied in beautifully!
Yay!! This is the content we have been waiting for! I am so happy you have finally given the room a makeover! I love how it look, especially because you added the wonderful diys you have been doing lately! Also can we just appreciate how much your channel has grown?! you can totally do those four season montages of the view from your window!!
THAT COFFEE TABLE OMG I'M OBSESSED
Hahahaha she addressed the spider as 'sir'! So hilarious! Good job with the makeover.
Congrats.
I absolutely love the windows. I think painting them black really pulled the room together! Good Job Tina!
THE DIFERENT WOOD COLORS ALL OVER UR HOUSE IS GIVING ME SO MUCH ANXIETY
Love the makeover and all your videos. I have been teetering about painting my windows black and I think you just solidified my plans.
I painted our walls white and chose the black sash when we had our new windows installed. We LOVE them. We did paint the trim white so they weren't too overbearing and they completely changed the vibe of our entire home. :) Good luck with your choice!
The whole room is a vibe.
Love how simple, cozy and elegant this room is with minimal decor.
I like how real you kept it. Didn't force anything. Your house is definitely becoming a home. Great job guys!
Stunning. The black windows make the room !
Love the coffee table. I know others have commented it, but I would definitely hang the tv above the console
Gorgeous as always Tina! 🥰 I was thinking perhaps where the entry way ledge is behind the sofa. Mimicking what you created in your LA home, both complimenting and allowing a continuation of the black frame of the windows. Can't wait to see what you create next!xx 🤗
Those windows 😍 such a small detail but makes such a big difference!! Definitely keep the grid lines, I’m obsessed.
Exactly!! It definitely matters especially when trying to figure out where it’s going to go. Thanks for watching 💛💛💛

The coffee table!😱 So good!🤩🤩
I know!! I am so amazed at how it came out. Glad you liked it, girl! 💛
I absolutely love the black trim on the windows! It ties everything together 😍😍😍
Tina...Welcome back for the Holidays. I look forward to seeing new designs and watching you do your new home makeover. Looking for the day that you sell your creative designs to us.
You can use anything as a stop block like a bucket or pot or anything. I do that on the floor of my tiny apartment. You have a full basement!
Ty for sharing your coffee table has turned out lovey I like the window pane as well new look is gorgeous
Felicitaciones!!
Love the room and those windows. You are amazing. That coffee table goes so well with the sofa. Great job once again.
everything came out great!! fave parts were the coffee table and windows!!
Tina ! The sofa is absolutely gorgeous! Omg the black windows with the black grid look soooo good !! And the coffee table is soooo elegant ! Your home is coming together beautifully !!
Love the final result, the windows look beautiful, they definitely bright up the room and the coffee table came out great!!!
You did a great job! It might be handy to leave the front door area shelf/partition. It'd be great for all the small things you need to grab beforehand you leave the house. It's a nice divide and saves putting a side table there later.
Very pretty. I think the garden needs fixing to be even more beautiful
You rock!

Looks so good! Cozy and bright 🤍
Congratulations on your new home it’s lovely!
Love the coffee table! It might be nice to mount the TV instead of hanging art above it, it will fill the wall a bit better without feeling cluttered, and then you can style the top of the console :)
Agree
Loved the transformation!! Couldn't believe how good the light looks over the dark finish.
I ❤️ how it all came together. There's something about the mid century modern style that just call me ☺️...
The living room looks fantastic.
Love it all!
I would do a thin behind the sofa table to. Especially if you take down the half wall.
I came together beautifully! Love that couch and that table looks amazing!
Thank you! 💛 feels so much more cozy in here!
I love the way it turned out! You did such a beautiful job, and you crushed that coffee table!
Looks great!! You really don’t need artwork above the tv, the scale will be way off. You could put them behind the plant near the window. And the windows look great black!!
Hi Tina !Now your living room looks much more homely and comfy and the windows with the curtains and view look awesome
I bet that coffee table would look great in black with wood tones too. if you ever wanted to sand and stain the top too match either the tv console or wood base of the sectional. Great room. Really like everything.

Major props to the previous owner for having the curtains all the way to the ceiling!

Everything looks so good as usual. I'm obsessed with the coffee table.
So beautiful! I love how you said you wanted to wait to hang something until you found the right piece. Everything is meaningful. That's so great 💖
Looks so good! My personal thoughts for the tv wall is if you diy’ed a tv frame and wall mounted it a little bit higher on the wall it would look more “finished” and then you could style the console table rather than art on the wall.

I was envisioning a plant and a vessel on it to put keys or so.
Everything looks amazing
Sooo great!! Love it all 😍 Brian cracks me up... PAINT 🎨🤣!! Coffee table 👌. Love your videos 🇳🇱🌷
Thank you, Suzette!! 💛
Love it, the coffe table is beautiful and the hole space look soo good, cozy but fresh and clean
The coffee table is everything! It had be wondering if it would be similar to make a dining table of the same style because you saved so much money and it turned out great!
Thank you, girl!! It definitely could be a dining table with more material. I would say to try it out 💛💛💛
The colors in a rug like that can look so different depending on the light in the room. But I think the cooler colors complement the warm tones of the walnut wood, the ottoman and the blanket ++ really well :) The room looks classy, warm and inviting :) you did great.
Thank you so much!! 💖
W O W ! ! ! Everything looks amazing. The coffee table is a work of art. Love love love 💗
Love everything!…I may be too late, but I would definitely keep some kind of separation between the front door and living room. It doesn’t have to be that low wall since you have the table, but I think it should be something would block the air coming in from the front door. I love the black windows. I have a turn of the century house in Milwaukee and my front windows are also painted black.
The room is awesome and that coffee table!😍 I am loving all of the makeovers!
This is the best makeover you’ve ever done! Love it so much
Love it, one advice I think you should paint the window rail black… I don’t think the wood color suits the gorgeous window very well. And the wood behind the couch too! Looove your space! It’s a home now 🥰
Looks amazing!! Love the black on the windows and the coffee table turned out great! 😁
Hello from Hanover Park! OMG, the coffee table was awesome!!!! I think that was my favorite part lol. Everything looks good though!!
It really came together and looks great. Your DIY art looked brilliant above the tv so I hope that you'll make a third and hang them up - the colours really tied in beautifully!
Commenting before finishing the video. I know I'll love this based on the thumbnail alone.
Aww thank you so much 💛 hope you enjoyed!
I made a similar coffee table but I used pole wrap for the flutted base and put the top on a latch so I can use the base for storage.
