    Nice video.
You explained and showed it very well!
You are right about the high amperage with thick material!
We learned it in the welding course with a "rule of thumb". We have about 30-40A/mm material thickness. It also depends on the welding position and which layer (seam) is welded.

Hello HAGOJIBI, we appreciate your teaching about TIG, but I would like to learn about more than Stainless...
Would you like to include in depth teachings about Aluminum, some Titanium... and what about welding cooper and alloys with itself (not the soft soldering with Tin*)?
I would like to learn about material properties (heat dispersion and heat deformation), type of current and polarity, and surface treatment...
If you would be able to teach us that, I would be grateful to learn it from you. Regards from Spain.
Edit: You already have videos about Aluminum... but instead of just how to weld this thickness, position or technique, I'm interested on a more advanced lesson about how this or any other material behaves and how to "tame" it.
Actually, their different behavior against heat it's what usually define the most how you treat those different materials, on comparison.

As with any welding on angle, you have to be sure that you melt and fill correctly the corner... you don't want to apply your weld separated from the corner just to it to look of the same size, as it leaves the corner not melted and hollow.
If the beginning leaves you a smaller weld, you have to give it more time to heat and apply more fill and slower... if the end get's too wide, that's because it's melting too many metal, because it's too hot, so you have to apply less fill and go forward faster.
I hope that I've understood your question correctly and it gives you the answer you need. Regards from Spain.

I would like to see you beat those plates with a hammer. Your rod is melting good. But the plates don't even appear to heat up. The bead can be beautiful But if it did not penetrate into the plate Then what is the point.
