Love the work, I’m in my last year of Highschool and just got on the coop program and got employed as a TIG welder at a boiler company, just wondering if you could do a video on 3/32 gaps in pipe welding or just a breakdown.
@@PacificArcTigWelding Your very welcome Sir...! Its been a few years since I attempted the art of tig welding. I hired a guy to tig up some aluminum racks to be used in my pyro shows, his first couple were great then bam nothing but junk so I fired him & bought myself a PrimeWeld. Spent a few hours playing with it then attempted to lay dimes🤣 let me say it took a few weekends to get close! Anyhoot after some time I began to comprehend what I was doing wrong after I found your vids and man what a blessing. Your an excellent teacher..!!! We bought a house with a garage that I'm turning into a shop. Welders are dusted off, tanks filled etc... Super excited to get the TIG fired up as soon as I get my welding table built. Thanks again..! Shawn
Hey Destiny thanks for the instruction. Top notch once again. I have a question what size cup should we be using. Are usually practice with a number six but I feel I can’t get my tungsten in close enough and get my arc tight. Do you have a recommendation for the maximum cup size.
Great information, I was trying to find some way to send you an email and ask about steel and stainless steel classes. I only see aluminum. I wanted to send an email instead up putting it here but I couldn't find one....
Hey, could you please make a Video about thick aluminium pipe and how to get the root in without turnig the pipe around? I serched a lot on the Internet but never found something.
@@jacksonunrau3700 thanks man, I’m UA-cam learning and it makes a big difference lol. Taught myself to mig and built a single turbo kit for my 783hp bmw. Now I want to make a cage but want it tig welded
