in this 1st part on this experiment , we will try overclocking an S19 with an upgraded Power supply capable of 6000W , within an immersion cooling system using original bitmain firmware and a special control board to achieve desired has rate
the listed of pars used in the video
-Used Antminer S19 95TH
-immersion cooling system SX6
-After Market S19 power supply 6000W

That little adaptor board can help You over clock without any fees!
yes it does , but it comes with a cost , and can't be used on the S19 J series
@@Crypto_mining_lab how much is it ?
@@chickmagnet6004 which part are you referring to ?
I understand you got an extra 30th from 95th. But u also went from 3150 watts to 6500 watts how do you justify the cost of electric as I did not see the break down of cost vs profitability. Thanks
Not sure where did you get the 6500 W number from. , but ok the videos I didn’t show any power consumption figure , the power supply is capable of supplying that much power , but it doesn’t mean isn’t using that much at 125th , even at 160th on S19 pro model the power consumption was about 5500 W
@@Crypto_mining_lab I heard you say in liquid it runs up to 7000w I understood that as what you were using as you said it does but mention any where else that it's running less ty for the information.
Can you explain in details how the water cooling part works?it is really interesting.
Hi there thanks for the input , i will posting a a series of videos really soon , including installation of the immersion system and cooling tower in details , stay tuned
Which after market control board and power supply units should I use on my SJ19 -104T miners?
check out products list on our website , and you will find all the parts you need

I like your setup. How much does a cooling tower cost? How many KW can it handle? Also, what's your pump's LPM?
Thanks for input , the cooling tower is 12ton/h and can handle up to 45 kw of heat , the water pump is 15 ton /h and oil pump is 120l/min , for pricing check the website link in the description and use the contact form to send your inquiry
@@Crypto_mining_lab Thanks! Instead of these specialized boards, why don't you use fan simulators? a lot cheaper and does the same thing.
@@af6727 yes definitely can be done with fan spoofer as well , the board was used hot overclocking , but you can also use a third party firmware you don’t need even a fan spoofer
hello, I have an asics s19 j pro, to lower the temperatures I made a tray to apply cooling by immersion. I have the control board to overclock the miner but I don't know how to configure it? this model does not have micro sd
you need to make sure that the control board you have works with S19 J pro , as far as i know there is no overclocking board for the J pro series , but i will be glad to have a look if you could email me a photo of the board to info@cryptomininglab.net
where do you get modified PSUs?
Directly from factory , check the link in the description , I’ve some listed on the website , or use contact from for any specific model
Can it go to 170-200th?
if you have a good cooling system such as a large Dry cooler , and you upgrade your power supply to 7000W you can reach 170-180 TH with the S19 Pro
When you use immersion cooling you have also lower power consumption on basic settings? Is is possible to save few % of power consumption?
My asic will consume 3154w I want to use immersion cooling, and I want downgrade power consumption to 3000w, is it possible?
yes definitely , for immersion cooling you don't need the cooling fans , so removing them will reduce power consumption , the asic miner it self will use less power due the low operating temperatures using liquid cooling which is more efficient and dissipate the heat better
So how do you like the second "control board" compared to Braiins or Vnish? I didn't see it on your website. What is the "control board kit" actually called? Thanks Marco
Well second control board is a great option specially if you can’t use Braiin or Vnish on your S19 variant , and it’s a one time purchase , so you don’t have to pay any hash rate fees to the firmware developer , but they are a bit costly , I’ll added the control board to the website so people will have the option to choose between overclocking control board or firmware
how many % you have and how many W more asic generate?
Power consumption will depend on how much hashrate you push , for example at 165 TH the post consumption is about 5300 W
Srry, my English is bad when I'm listening. Did you change this hardware to be able to overclock?
is order to achieve high has rate , you need to upgrade the power supply , as for overclocking , is this video I used a second control board to overclock the miner , but you can achieve the same result with an aftermarket firmware such as Braiin OS+ , keep in mind with aftermarket firmware you need to pay developer fees
@@Crypto_mining_lab but you need to upgrade the power supply or did you do for safety or for energy saving?
i have question hope you answer this. what material of this tank . can i use ancrylic or corrugated iron sheet
Its made of 304 stainless steel , and I can’t recommend anything else for long term use
thanks. hope your youtube will be het big grow. i have question . now i am runing my s19 95th in imersion . but the temperture of fliud 70 degree C . it is safe and how much temperture of fluid can be run to safe my asic with maximum
Thanks for your input , 70 C is to high for the fluid , i guess your chips temps are running close to 90 C if the fluid is that hot , not sure what are you using for cooling , either way you my consider upgrading your cooling system or the oil pump to allow the fluid to flow faster , anything above 60 C is not safe , in our setup max temps i saw with overclocking is 42 C , hope this helps
what do you think about 60 degree with fluid in tank . is it safe
60C should be fine as long as you chips temps are around 80 to 85 C
