@@markbrown7968 Well she may never reply. However. I've done both carnivore and keto. I've lost 75 lbs and haven't regained anything over the last two years. I'm also a professional chef of 22 years. The only thing you have to watch out for on both carnivore and keto is seasoning meats with lots of sugar. Also, certain fish will have carbs. Like mussels, scallops etc. however, I would consider these mild amounts of carbs to bE negligible. Any other questions, feel free to respond. P.S. I heavily season meats. Just watch the salt. Otherwise it's pretty much all fair game.
My 81 year old mother suffered 2 strokes and has been diabetic for 45 years. She was showing major signs of dementia. I put her on a pretty strict carnivore diet in 2021 and ALL the memory loss disappeared within 30 days. She's still on it and she's lost 50 lbs, went from 64 units of insulin down to 14 per day.
My mom didn't go full carnivore but she reversed her diabetes to predisbetic levels off all meds. It's amazing. She hasn't tried full carnivore or keto.

Someone said carnivore diet would be expensive. I was thinking the food bill could be less for a lot of people even if they get really good meat. They would not be buying anything else. No dairy, no bread, no noodles, no vegies, no fruit... no desserts, no juice, no oils, no nuts.. on and on.
When you look at the cost of, say, arugula. $4.99 for a box. I can get a few pounds of ground beef for that. If I eat the box of greens I won’t make it through the day… If you eat all what you normally eat, and then eat lots of meat, yup it’s gonna be expensive. I have no liquor costs, sauces, specialty drinks etc. after 2.5 years I’m 90% carnivore now. Got a little more relaxed but I feel the difference on just 10% change.

Carnivore diet isn't just a diet, it's a mind set. You have to have the realization, as I did, that food is simply fuel for the furnace, and nothing more. Eating isn't meant to cure your dating problems or meant to be an orgasmic event., it's simply to keep you alive and moving. The indoctrination from the medical and food industries is the hardest thing to overcome because they are good at what they do, but it can be overcome. Peer pressure is also there as many of my friends and family truly think I'm killing myself. I always counter with, look at me and look at you and everyone else, so who's killing themselves? Steel yourself, as I have and block out all the noise. It's tough but so worth it, it's your life on the line!
My 90 year old grandma has dementia. When we first tested her she got a 5, on the second test a couple months later she scored a 25. It's not a reliable test, depends on how tired the patient is, or where she is at the moment.

After starting a carnivore diet, I was so surprised at some of these positive side effects so it doesn't surprise me in the least that they're seeing these results.
I'm not in any way dismissing the diet or these findings.. But, is there not an argument to suggest that these amazing benefits are, at least in large part, to do with the fact that, if all you're eating is meat.. You're not consuming any harmful chemical from the processed food that likely caused the issues?

Cholesterol is required in the body and primarily by the brain. Its not the cholesterol (which is absolutely required for the body to function) its the inflammation.
It does make a lot sense because cows meat is a well known source of vitamin B complex, which it is necessary for a healthy brain function, and the levels of those vitamins are not nearly the same in poultry or pork meat.
It's exclusively meat, animal products such as raw milk, butter, cheese sometimes. Some people, like the young lady in the video, only eats red meat. ❤

Veganism has been shown to do the total opposite. It rapidly increases dementia, weakens bone cortical thickness, shrinks muscle density, increased estrogen, lowers labido, causes severe iron deficiency and anemia (which is why vegans have to take inositol to help absorb nutrients) they also have to take supplements such as B12, Iron and long chain Omega 3's)

Untrue. I live in a very expensive area and eat some eggs and about a pound of beef per day, and not always ribeye. My daily food cost is $10-15. People spend that much on a salad around here.
not true due to skipping all the manufactured "products" that are sold as food these days. I dont need sauces or condiments. I have zero waste. I'm not driving around shopping or grabbing take-out every few days. Currently having coffee with HWC, and 2 ground beef patties and butter, maybe Montreal Steak seasoning, maybe a slice of cheddar. Then go live my very active life at 78.
