You might try ice instead of water to help with heat…..
It gives you a little more blending time before heating becomes an issue.

Goes a long way for the price!
I commend you in what you’re trying to do, however, you added water to the blender in order to get it to blend which defeats the purpose of juicing. Also, I have a vitamix myself and knowing how powerful it is, the longer you blend, the hotter the contents in the carafe gets. Meaning, that you are essentially heating up the fruits and vegetables essentially destroying at least some nutrients which defeats the purpose of juicing which is why you can see the color difference at the end. The juice produced by the juicer is much more vibrant and fresh.
I wholeheartedly agree. Sometimes I do find myself wanting the instant gratification of having juice without the hassle of my juicer and the vitamix juice though not nutritionally superior, beats store bought OJ.
