You could get a Dremel 290 and change the tip with a one for fossils. It will be a lot more easy and precise to prepare the fossils than the nail and hammer. Is the cheap alternative to a professional air powered tools. One thing, is quite noisy and you could bother your neighbors.
Em: So good to hear about your master’s program and that all is going well. Micropaleontology is fascinating. I have used it extensively in my career for the age dating of outcrop and well data. Well preserved radiolarians and foraminifera have their own “micro beauty.” The Cambrian explosion is another exciting topic. Love to see your enthusiasm. Do keep safe and healthy.
It's so great to see someone following their real passion in life , my passion is music and I've played in bands for years but I started fossil hunting on the Whitby coastline and it's Sooo addictive , well done 👍
Listening to you describe whats going on with your masters is so interesting, i really wish i had gotten into something like this or marine biology but i wouldnt even know where to start. Micro fossils are amazing! Ive been so fascinated with the LiDAR laser revealing whats under the treetops and under the earths surface in the amazon! absolutely mind blowing, whole civilizations found buried in the jungle. The quick ammonyte prep looks good, nice ribs if you will on that one. Id totally pop it out because my OCD wouldnt let me keep it intact ;)
It’s wonderful to hear you so enthusiastic about your classes 😃! If you collected micro fossils, how would decorate your garden at home 😆? And we’d never get to see those flashy gold nails as you prep great examples for your collection 😉.
This lady - and she is a lady not a girl now - is an inspiration. She seems incredibly intelligent and knowledgeable, and has made this topic accessible to many people - I'd love to see her on TV in years to come, in a bringing fossils to the masses series - equivalent to some of what Alice Roberts did, but far more glamorous and amazing. Emma brings real elegance to this UA-cam series, even though it's not her fashion channel. A real classy lady to wear red lipstick for a talk on fossils and to wear a gorgeous cross-over top teasing a hint of her amazing cleavage - you will know from her Vantoee fashion channel that when she does wear a really plunging top, she is as stunning as any model. Cherish her content, because I think it won't be that long till she gets too busy with 'higher callings' xxx
Go for the things you love in life. We are only here for a short time. Live to the Max.
100% ❤️🦕
Yay... Fossil Friday again! That's so welcome! :)

You are in France so what language do they speak in University?
My lectures are taught in English 🥰
U got nice fossil, but I focused more on the ring u wear. It looks classic design, but unfortunately I can't see gemstone u put on the ring..
Aww thank you! Its been in my family for generations - I believe its amethyst 😊
@@EmGems woww amethyst, it's perfect for the ring👍👍
I suggest you use Dremel to remove and clean fossils.
