  • Does our diet and the foods we eat cause inflammation in our body?
    The answer is YES!
    After we eat, foods undergo tolerogenic responses causing postprandial inflammation in our GI tract.
    Certain foods are associated with pro-inflammatory or anti-inflammatory properties.
    Those who consume the highest -pro -inflammatory dietary pattern are at the highest risk of developing things like cancer, metabolic syndrome, heart disease, diabetes, arthritis, Alzheimer's disease, obesity, dementia, and depression.

    Love the video! Highly informative 😍 I changed my lifestyle (switched to whole food plant based) 4 years ago because I have chrons and it made the biggest impact in my remission. Everybody is different, but it worked wonders for me😊

    What’s your understanding on milk ? I have a read many articles that’s simply reported the same response of inflammation as the read meat. Also why it is super insulinogenic ?

    Hey brother ! I read somewhere that coffee decreses insulin senstivity . So i have black coffee with breakfast or a protein rich meal so it it possible that my body may not absorb the nutrients properly and protein or carbs directly get stored as fat(most of it ) and not aid in muscle hypertrophy ?
