in my case i used the strips for forty days at two hours a day each day withe the plug in BLUE led bright led light and my teeth scare me with how super bright white they are! My dentist nearly screamed at me when she saw my teeth and asked if those were my teeth ..LOL, they looked so bright she thought they were fake..........LOL, oh YES:) i was and still am the center of attention at work etc once my smile opens up, i get TRIPLE stares........ and MOST importantly with my STRAIGHt super hero smile, i get asked out A LOT:) YES, im still single , but DAM its so NICE being in that category when you get so much ice cream!

I usually do the routine at nighttime, but you can use them whenever you want throughout the day. Also, I don’t have a certain diet to maintain white teeth :)
Dina Mazyed I wouldn’t recommend skipping so many days. You can try using the sensitive teeth/gum toothpastes in the meantime. There may also be whitening strips that are less intense and may work better for you.
It shouldn’t get on your gums if you aim to place the strips directly on your teeth. From my experience, if it does get on my gums it can sting a little.

I repeat this routine every few months or 1-2 years. It just depends how often you need them. I wouldn’t recommend doing it too often.
