How I Get White Teeth For Cheap (No Whitestrips!)

- Hey y'all!
In today's video I'm just showing y'all what products I used to get my teeth white and keep them that way. And the best part, no whitestrips are needed! This routine is pretty budget friendly and simple, I just floss, follow up with my crest 3D white brilliance 2 step whitening toothpaste set, and finish with an alcohol free hydrogen peroxide mouthwash to make sure everything is nice and white.
Today's video is long overdue! Sorry for taking a hiatus from UA-cam, this month has been crazy but I'm finally getting my life back in order so let's pray for consistent uploads and hope that I have time to film more as well! I have a couple videos prefilmed so we should be good for the next month or so!

Good stuff mate. I also use a Philips Sonicare, and use it they way they suggest (slowly move it angled along the gum line). A lot of people "brush" with them and that's not how they're intended to work. I had sensitive gums and some pockets/early gingivitis (I'm about 15 years older than you) and using the Sonicare plus basically the same routine you outline cleaned me right up in a few months. Huge improvement.

Might start doing this now. I always floss and everything everyday, but I think the reason why my teeth aren't more white may be what you said about the ingredients having hydrogen peroxide. Thanks for the info this really helps

The only thing is I didn’t see a before and after so I’m not convinced as to how long this took to work and if it’s better than strips
I would’ve included one if I ever took before pics with the intention of showing results but that was so long ago I just never thought about it. But as someone who drank a lot of soda and coffee as a kid I can say it does work it just takes some patience because it’s more about seeing results over time versus immediately like with strips

I just ask for my guy to cut a fade all the way up and trim the top, if he cuts it good I’ll take a picture sometimes right after and just ask him to cut it like that again

I got the 2 step whitening step but the tooth paste are making my gums white in areas and causing irritation. Do you know why it’s causing irritation? I was thinking maybe people need to get use to the product ?
I find that mine did that too a little bit, but it generally went away within an hour or two. I would say to just use the whitening step once a day or every other day, you’ll still see results. This routine is supposed to whiten your teeth over time so don’t compromise your gum/mouth health to get quicker results
Jacob Degenaro Sounds good, that’s exactly what I’m experiencing the tooth paste makes these white spots then it goes away after an hour but for me!

I use mouthwash night only because for me personally my teeth can get a little sensitive if I do it twice daily but everything else I do morning and night. I’ve been doing this for years, I use different products now but it’s the same routine
I wish there was another whitening alternative to hydrogen peroxide. I stay away from it after using it as a rinse years ago. It eroded one of my amalgam fillings, which turned black and then broke the entire tooth. So, I wonder: Is peroxide the best and only teeth whitener?
How do you know it was the peroxide that did it? Maybe try white fillings? Also coconut oil pulling whitens teetg

Hi, I'm still confused about using the floss picks part. Do you have to change them after just flossing ONE of your teeth? And then take a new one and then floss another teeth and vice versa?
No you can use one for your whole mouth

Aways rinse use rinse use. Also you can buy waterpik or water floss in Amazon have a so many different models and you can find some really special prices.

I want to tell you something my friend..... there are so many listerine and toothpaste brands outside in the store, and each brand said that it has whitening in it, but the problem was people kept using and it doesn’t work for whitening.....I wondering why people made those listerines and toothpastes and said that they have whitening in it, but they weren’t whitening your teeth at all.......If those listerines and those toothpastes have whitening in it, I think people wouldn’t need to spend their money for whitening strips......... Did you agree with my saying?????

If you’re still using the whitening mouthwash it shouldn’t, your teeth will just won’t whiten as quick as with the toothpaste and mouthwash used together

I believe they updated the product now but it’s called Crest 3D White Brilliance 2 Step Kit, everything is included together. It should be sold in the UK to the best of my knowledge

I don’t really remember exactly how long cause I’ve been doing this for 3 years but people definitely made comments within the first two weeks or so about how my teeth looked nicer

My teeth are fine and I’ve been doing it for years, I just recommend if your teeth start feeling sensitive just cut back how often you use the whitening gel and you should be fine

Alex Thai all I can really say is just pick a method that’s tolerable for you and unfortunately you’re just gonna have to be patient, I made this video after a couple years on a fairly consistent routine but I’ve also tried whitening strips and gels for quicker results and they messed up my gums pretty bad so I just stuck to whitening toothpastes and mouthwash to give me results over time
