As for using the strips, you would use them until they're gone unless you achieve results first.
So once your teeth are white enough, you can stop using the strips.

I give my thanks for this informative video, a lot of users on UA-cam do not mention when to brush when you are about to use your whitening strips. I heard some people had their gums burn when their strips came in contact, what can be used to protect your gums when using the strips?
My gums are burning bad as fu** right now!! It’s probably b/c I brushed my teeth before I put the strips on! My fiancé teeth are white as hell so I just asked her what she uses and how. Next use I’m definitely not brushing my teeth before my next use of the these strips. They really work though for sure!!!

Not for a while you have to waot for your enamel to harden back up 45 minutes minimum

I just ruined one set off strips. My next stupid question is: Which side to you attach to the teeth? The side you peel off from the plastic or the other one? I assume that it is just like using a bandaid and you use the side with the glue. 🙂

Actually studies show that using fluoride gel before reduces side effects (pain and sensitivity) while not influencing the whitening effect. So I wonder what information you advice is based on?

You should be able to eat / drink after using the strips. Make sure you wait 30 minutes after you eat to brush your teeth. I'd try not to eat right before putting the strips though
(I’m not a dentist.) On the Crest FAQs page, the company advises only using these before bed so that you don’t eat after using them. Apparently, teeth may be more porous and vulnerable (more prone to staining) immediately after using the strips.

@@FleekHD do not brush your teeth before applying. If you do, wait 30 minutes. These strips were designed with your natural teeth film in mind. Most boxes will specifically tell you not to brush directly before use.

Thanks 😊 it depends on the percentage of hydrogen peroxide, how much time you have and your sensitivity. Don’t use them more than once daily and you can space them out to once every two weeks

Great question! The shorter one is for your bottom teeth. That’s because your bottom teeth are usually smaller. Also the fewer of your bottom teeth show when you smile. The strips are meant to cover the teeth that show when you smile 😊

Use the entire pack, mine has 28 strips (14 for upper teeth and 14 for lower teeth) so it takes 14 days to complete. Then I repeat the cycle every 3 months to maintain my teeth color.

It’s better if you can brush to get the gel off your teeth. But not the end of the world of you forget to do it :)

my lower teeth are kinda wonky cause i never had braces so i relaised i have to put alot of effort into having the whitening strips align properly
So I had a rubber mouth tray that whitening gel is used for so I put the strips on my teeth and then the tray in my mouth and am biting down a bit so strips stay put (didnt use the whitening gel that the tray came with) the strips are safely under my teeth and tray and here I wait for 30 min. 😅

It’s normal happens to me too
I think it’s the hydrogen peroxide foaming up. It’s this bubbling up action that probably lifts stains off teeth. Pls correct me if I’m wrong bc this is a guess lol
@@allenmendel7713 for me it happens when saliva gets in the strip at the top
you didn't dry your teeth enough before putting on the strips, so the hydrogen peroxide interact with the saliva cause the foaming/bubbling effect. Can also be that you didn't put on the strips firm enough to your teeth, but that could be the result of you having excess saliva in your mouth. try to lay down after you put on the strips so your saliva flow backward instead of forward, pooling in your mouth
use a piece of tape over your mouth helps
