THEY SHOULDVE KEPT THIS BUT IF YOU ANIMATION CANCEL the steal speed goes 3x slower or something. Edit: I think this was honestly an amazing show of true charisma at play; roleplay or small talk it adds a tech to pickpocketing that could be revamped as I think it suits this game well.
