A F-91 or even the beautiful classic A168WA is not very water proof but I don't see the reason to fill with oil any 50 meters WR model because as an amateur certified Open Water Diver I can assure you will never get deeper even scuba diving, not to mention swimming or with a snorkel. Sometimes I have sumerged with a Casio W-59 (50 meters WR) and others with a Bostok Amphibia (200 WR), both cheap beaters to don't risk much money and with excellent results. Now I use a dedicated wrist computer which tells me the depth, remaining minutes with air and such. Take care of the rubber o-rings lubricating or replacing them when you change the battery with 50 or 100 WR Casio models and you don't need anything more, granted.

Great job modding all those watches. I really like the blue gradient mod. Looks really good! But the best one is the 5610U upgraded to the metal bracelet and bezel. I'm tempted to do that to mine. I just got it couple of weeks ago and love it :)

@@emdblyou that sounds perfect! 👌 I’ve been meaning to get some red into my collection, as it’s currently lacking. I’ve always liked red on black as a colour combination. The 5610 would be an amazing candidate given the red accented bezel I’ve got on it! 🤩 I don’t know if there’s a lens filter for the 5610 specifically, but I bought the AE-1200 sizes because it was largest, and I can easily cut it down to any of the smaller sizes 😁 Fair enough - better safe than sorry! I’ve never had scratches on any mineral glass, only the resin so far. Hmmm, I would only recommend a bullbar for the 5610 IF you plan on keeping a rubber bezel on it. It looks totally badass, but jf you plan on upgrading with a metal kit, it will damage the bezel. That’s what happened to my first kit 🥲
