As for the flavo rice...McCormick sells a vegetable seasoning powder with similar ingredients as of the flavo rice...hope this helps the people that can’t find it.

Quite a few of the comments mentioned that they can’t find Asiago...Parmesan cheese has a nice strong flavor but less salt than Asiago. It's easy to find in your local store so it makes for a good substitute.

In the supermarket get the block cheese instead of shredded. I'd used sharp cheddar personally.
Stephanie you can use any cheese you like, I personally use Mozzarella.
