Rarely do I take time for me during the work day. I work from home and when the kids are in school I squeeze in as much work as I possibly can. Today, instead, I did this workout! Thank you! Just what I needed to regain my focus.

Difficult as usual for me and by now you might know why, because of my Disabilities, but I completed all and even did a 7min theraband one before and before that a 15min walk low impact video and now I'll end with a short yoga stretch for my BIRTHDAY Workout!!!! 58 Today!!! Thank you LORD, Thank you Robin!!!!!!

Trying to find a good full body workout using the Pilates method. As an older adult - 73 - I’m pretty active. Do some walking and swimming. Took a Pilates class a couple of years ago and would like to get back into it. Which of your workouts would be a good introduction? Thank you!

I couldn't agree more! I felt the strain in my back so now I always avoid using the term "tuck" and will emphasize the tilt of the pelvis by engaging your abs and glutes in my videos or when I teach!
So right about the tucking. I think they have good intentions but need to elaborate. I have a flexible low back and to get to neutral spine I need to feel like I’m tucking a little bit. But that’s me! Everyone tucking all the time is not good at all! Simply teaching members how to find their neutral spine would resolve the issue I think. What do you think?
Hi Donna - So glad you enjoyed the workout & Robin's leggings! This video is from 2019, so it's hard to say for certain, but Robin buys much of her athletic clothes from Athleta. While that exact color isn't available currently, they do have a lighter shade you might like. 🙂

Neutral spine is so important! I teach it in all my videos and have a video covering it more in-depth in my Pilates for Beginners series. :)
