Halfway through the video,
Alright, and here's episode one
Lol
I'm a sucker for a good prequel
That’s like... most of this videos
@@genericstaticshock705 you mean like how naruto was a prequel to boruto
@@thatweeb3631 I dont watch neither Naruto nor Baruto but I'm familiar of the two. Prequels are stories that are shown after the orginal but occurred before it was shown.
Idk if you're trying to be funny or not cause apparently ppl hate Baruto lol is Baruto Naruto's dad or something?
Futurama is the best, I’ve laughed and cried to this show.
I cried real tears, not fake Bender [crocodile] tears at that ending scene showing Fry's pet dog waiting outside the pizza shop for his master to return...until the dog died of old age. Heartbreaking.
Lilly Anne Serrelio I’m crying again just being reminded.
Cant decide if this or Simpsons is better.
@@lillyanneserrelio2187 that poor dog... I am still sad .. how it got all grey
@ryan miller Yes, not exactly what you'd expect from the Simpson's creator, Matt Groening I wonder how much input he had in this specific episode I know he's the Executive Producer and writer but he has a team of support writers for Futurama.
I just realized that Fry's bank kept track of his account through *their entire city being destroyed* at least once and Earth being enslaved who knows how many times. Props to them; that's dedication, honesty, and diligence.
Usually only the people you owe money to keep records that well.
And the USD having 0 inflation over 1000 years
it's the future, they've probably figured out a sure-fire way to have 0% inflation by then.
Futurama was one of the best shows. I was sad when it ended. It's a kind of show that could literally go on forever and remain popular if done right.
It's one if the best, but Futurama knows when to end like some shows..
It was too inappropriate it's been cancelled like 3 times
@@lilylopnco so it's the Simpsons.
Haha.
LilyLopunny maybe maybe not, South Park is still going. Granted some seasons were flops, but they’ve still been able to make good seasons still.
It technically does go on forever, but nothing new happens

I don't want to make everyone cry again, but it's actually based on a true story of a dog in Scotland who sat on his owner's grave for 14 years after he died. There's a statue of the dog in Edinburgh, it was called Bobby and died in 1872.

I remember watching the finale in 2013 on comedy Central. That was six years ago. Not to mention that it premiered 2 decades ago
Oh man, great job.
Futurama is such a great series that just kept building upon itself and making the character relationships deeper.
Laughter is the highest emotion, as it can encompass any other. Futurama manages to transmute laughter to other emotions in meaningful ways.
You are so right. It would be a goofy or unbelievable plot line, and then they'd sprinkle the episode with real life emotions and thoughts, creating a real life relationship with whatever character they focus on.
Poor Hedonism Bot has no noteworthy moment in the timeline.
"Everywhere I looked there were piles of bodies. And then the explosion struck."
Looks like you’re gonna have to remake this timeline pretty soon!
I just want to say that The Luck of The Fryrish has forever scarred my soul.
Why?
@@theomariani7886 it was incredibly emotionally powerful, and has stuck with me these many years later. Also because I suppose I related to Fry's feelings of jealousy and inferiority while I was growing up, because of some harmful comparisons my parents used to make. Also, I love the family dynamics storylines (especially Leela's) overall so it was just a real heartfelt special episode to me.
@@TheBurninBaby also the ending of how hurt and dumb fry felt when he found out It was actually his nephew named after him not his brother (whom he actually thought it was)
Doesn’t the future time machine episode truly make Bender, fry and the professor the oldest beings in existence?
No, because within the time machine time passed normally.
kidnapped biologically no, chronologically yes
but they are in the 3rd universe and fry was already frozen for 1000 years so yes they would be the oldest beings in existence@@helpivebeenkidnapped6195

Did you catch Nibbler's shadow as Fry falls into the cryo-chamber in episode 1 or Leela's parents in the crowd the first time they end up in the sewers?

I can understand ratings being low cause the show lost some charm and edge, I'm assuming cause loosing key writer's n sich, but then re runs play everyday, and is on streaming platforms
That Seymour episode was the first time any tv show ever made me cry. And it took a decade for something else to do it again. So good.
"Luck of the Fryish" is my favorite Futurama episode. I got all teary-eyed when you said "named for his uncle, to carry on his spirit".

I never realised how creative and well thought out Futurama was until you laid it all out like this. It truly was a great show.
Happy 20th anniversary, Futurama! (1999-2019). 🎊🎉🎂🚀
I absolutely love this show. I've watched it most likely 30+ times from start to finish. After you watch the last episode and Fry and Leela decide to go back and do it all over again, it's like "you have to" rewatch it out they die. Just like if you don't Trill it up every 3 to 5 years, the Empire wins.
This vid is awesome, it's like Futurama solved. It's like it all just fits together but i never noticed.
The writers had waaaay more planned out than you might think, in the first episode you see nibblers shadow after fry falls off the chair.
Crazy how in the 90s 2019 was THE FUTURE
I love the ending “you want to know what happens next just watch this video all over again”
Right click and press loop XD
2019 and im still watching futurama. Never forget Fry's doggo
It's really interesting to see the timeline fully laid out like this in one video. I'm so used to seeing the series in release order that I often forget where things happen in relation to one another. Solid stuff.
YES! After the Seymour story is filled in, absolutely agree "Luck of the Fryrish" is the sadder episode, by far, and I'm glad to hear someone else say it!
Kurt Weeks Game of Tones is pretty sad as well tbh
@@theBOSpaladin101 For sure. I was just comparing the two episodes, but that one gets overlooked as a very sad episode as well. Definitely sadder than Jurassic Bark post-Lars
What about when they go looping through all of time and the professor shoots multiple past historical figures
you missed the events that happened while fry and the professor travel forward in time and alter history
Disenchantment has a flash of Fry, Bender, and The Professor in the tower when they are learning what happened to the queen.
I like to think that the reason more stuff happened after the finally is because each iteration of the loop was slightly different than the last one was,so future events could still happen.
The cats came to steal Earth's rotational inertia, not the gravity. Their planet stopped spinning, so they tried to use Earth's spin to restart their own.

Best throwback. Brought back a lot of memories. Cant believe such a great show had to end. I watched every episode at least 5 times.
What an absolute gem this show is.
"The Late Philip J Fry" has become my favorite episode ever. The last two seasons had some real dogs (I'm looking at you Eye Phone), but there were a couple gems, and "Late Philip J Fry" was the shiniest gem for me.
"The Late Philip J Fry" and the ending of "Game of Tones" always completely destroy me emotionally. Especially the latter, when they start playing "Manchild" by The Eels. It all hits real close to home
i do like how, unlike most timeline videos, this one works in a perfect loop beginning to end.
I just stumbled onto this fantastic channel tonight and immediately subscribed. I’ve been an avid Futurama fan since 1999.
TO BE FAIR, the series finale (the actual one) happens two universes later in the timeline so everything that happened when Fry, Bender, and the Professor go into the future still happened, just in another universe, technically. I don't see a plot hole there.
The problem here is that since they travel off the first(by time, acknowledged in show) universe, that universe is left without them.
Another way to resolve this plot hole though is though this same forwards time travel thing:
1st universe crew travels 2 universes forward, into 3rd universe, and kills its crew.
2nd universe crew travels 2 universes forward, into 4th universe, and kills its crew.
However, the slightest discrephancy caused by 1st universe crew travelling forward through 2nd universe, caused 2nd universe's Fry to behave just a tiny bit differently.
Because of this, 3rd universe and 4th universe are almost identical, except 3rd universe is the one the show ends in, and the views into the future that are considered plot holes are actually happening in 4th universe, because its Fry is actually from 2nd universe which was interacted with the crew from 1st universe.
Here we go. Plot hole is solved, and a reason why this video is invalid with its timelines is formed - they put all events from all 4 universes into 1 universe long timeline.

I would love to see you guys do the entire terminator timeline. Considering how confusing this timeline video was, I could only imagine how complicated Terminator would be
The reason Fry isn’t frozen until midnight is due to an issue with our calendar system, basically years aren’t exact, thats why we have leap years, but even with them we loose a few seconds each year. If you do the math, 1000 years would mean fry would be unfrozen at 4pm 2999, so perfect timing since Lela said it was around the end of her shift in new years eve

I swear to God I'm only half way through and it just keeps getting better
i really like these timeline videos, they help do the job i'd be too lazy to do myself (most of the time)
WARNING: Big fan nerdout incoming! This is not meant to disrespect you, It's just that you missed one minor detail that throws the whole thing off.
This is good. But incorrect. About half of this should be listed AFTER the forward-only time machine debacle. Remember, it's not an alternate timeline, It's just a cyclical universe. The "original" Leela became successful but bitter, after marrying (and subsequently divorcing) Cubert Farnsworth. Then she shoots the message into the ceiling, which Fry sees at the end of the world. They sit through a full repeat of all of the history they had just witnessed, then another full repeat of only up to the point of where they left, and killed their secondary counterparts. Remember, The Fry, Professor, and Bender that are killed are completely separate people from those who arrive in this new (albeit identical) universe, not paradoxical copies as the Professor implies. Because of this, Your timeline is out of order. It sums up the show really well, but is just shy of being right.
And that right there is another reason this is the best show ever
Man I wish the show would come back
Don't we all?
