So I took the Beaut out for a few casts today and what I found awesome was the ability to retrieve at such a slow speed and still enjoy full blade action. Other commercial spinners certainly don’t seem to offer that flexibility.
Thank you for passing on your knowledge and some information, we are catch and release people and like the single hooks for that. Know I'm ordering more lures to hopefully catch more fish.
Been fishing his lures for some years now - best spinners out there/high quality and also his sinking trout minnows have killed for me - the “Balls Eddy Brown” is amazing!
Just placed my first order with you....Ive watch some of your videos. Why not support a little. Was going to purchase lure pack but its sold out. Got a couple of lures and the lanyard w/magnet. Keep up videos im a fan from Selden NY
I have always used braid with a floro leader, a bit shorter than my rod length. I dont seem to have trouble with wind knots. Great looking spinner colors! Selling in Ontario??
I've used your spinners and crankbaits down here in the midcoast and they're Killer!! The single point hooks definitely are a game changer and get snagged on things a lot less! Just placed an order the other day for more :D This was an awesome video showcasing the gear! oh btw 'open water' in the south zone is technically legal to fish year round- it's the brooks, streams, and rivers that are open to fishing april 1st! Tightlines brother
spinners work great I agree, small marabou jigs usually black with a hot bead dragged slow along the bottom, and for a hand off bait method a worm blown up with air floated up off the bottom like trout doe.
you must have a good job man, got all the coolest stuff nice house and truck and toys galore. Love to check out all the new gear you are using! you have similar preferences to me.
Hello, New sub here. Glad I found your channel and will be checking out your website. I am near Sebago, down the road from where I grew up. Lived in the Farmington area for about 15 years. I used to do a lot of trout fishing when I was younger, I'm 60 now. I got busy with a business and kinda' burned out on fishing for a while. I am feeling like I want to get back into it. I have a suggestion about spring color. My suggestion is to try silver and blue - to purple-ish blue color schemed spinners. I have had good luck catching larger spring trout on spoons and minnow like lures in those colors, especially around sunset. Maybe it mimics minnow or smelt colors?, I don't know. Cheers, Tom
Great vid man! Bangor here! I haven't fished for a long time. Just getting new gear and getting back to it so I can take my boy. I have a question. How do you know when certain fish are running? Like if I wanted to catch smelt or any other fish. I remember when I was a kid in DownEast Maine there was a certain culvert where the smelt would come through and you could literally pull up arm fulls of them. I think the only way we knew back then was by word-of-mouth. Is there any other way to know when these, trout, salmon etc are running? Thanks.
Just found you on you tube How I haven’t seen you before I’ll never know But I have definitely subscribed and have been watching some or your other videos Looking at your website now Great info and keep up the good work
Got a brook next to my house that's still partially covered, bout 50/50 opened up. Never fished it like this, whatchya think? A lot of brookies in the summer. Think there's any action rn?
I have had luck with your hot head spinner, but the blade doesn't always spin right. In my opinion if you could update that model and keep some sort of better spinning orange blade with a gold body, that would be a killer . Keep up the good work.
Just thought I'd let you know that the promo code only works on their website and it seems like a great deal but I'm not certain where I'm going from here as their seems to be a problem with them shipping orders. As one of your long time Subscribers I had to let you know. Keep up the great work I always look forward to your videos as I find them both informative and entertaining I'd just be careful who I was partnering with. Tight Lines.
Im glad to see someone else from Maine on youtube!

I just got my order of spoons and spinners from you, and I must say, these are even more beautiful in person! I can't wait to try them out!
Best lures you can buy!
Went to beans today and picked a few up. Trying them out in the forks this weekend
My go to trout lure has always been the panther martin in yellow with red dots. But plan to try yours this spring!

Just moved to Southern Maine.. Any tips for someone new to the area?
Just started flying fishing and am loving the channel any recommendations on a real trying to stay in the 100$ and would love some help…
The Piscifun Sword is a decent reel and if you use my code in the description you get a discount on them. Redington makes nice reels as well.

I’m actually working on that. I don’t sell the old hot head right now. Working on a new orange/gold combo.

1/6 ounce? What's that in grams? Why don't they just use grams? Based on 10. So easy!
Can you make some lures in rainbow colors for LGBTQ+? And then make some in BLM defund the police colors? What do you think? Thanks
