The Hike Begins - 0:00
We rise bright an early (around 6:30am) to make sure we have enough time to see everything, before driving to the start point of the hike.
Rifugio Auronzo - 0:55
The first leg of the hike, in which we pass Capella degli Alpini and head towards the first iconic viewpoint of Tre Cime
Forcella Lavaredo - 1:36
One of the most famous viewpoints of Tre Cime. From here we decide to extend the hike to search for the iconic Laghi dei Piani
Rifugio Locatelli - 2:48
A much needed lunch stop overlooking Tre Cime. From here we take yet another detour to see Grotta delle Tre Cime, a cave with some astounding views, before plowing on and getting back to the Car Park to complete our hike.
Cadini Group - 5:03
Lets begin our second hike of the day, just in time for a storm to roll in!

Beautiful in very way possible, I am planning to visit end of march is it a good time to go ?
Definitely! We were here in June, and to be honest it was getting pretty hot so these long hikes were a challenge sometimes! I would say March would have some great hiking weather, and it wasn't too busy even in June, but I imagine it would be even quieter in March. Enjoy your trip!
