- Humango is an AI programme designed to plan your training. At the moment it can taylor programmes for running, swimming and cycling as well as any combinations such as duathlon and triathlon. At the moment, 1 week in, I'm finding my one month free trial to be an absolute eye opener with just a few little quibbles.

3 hours is not a long day?! 😅 Love the video - thanks!
Many thanks for taking the time to comment - it's much appreciated.
@@binnswynn2666 as above 😂
Thank you for the video. I am 4-5wks in and I quite like it. I have a few issues but nothing major. I am happy to have paid the Social to Fitness and now Endurance package. I may settle back to Fitness
Apologies for the delay in replying - I'm in Egypt and have only just got WiFi. Thank you for your comment, I'm glad you're enjoying Humango. If you have any hints or tips please do leave them in the comments.
Did you work out the link button? ‘Paper clip with line’? That is how you link a workout to a planned workout if it’s not done automatically. Also my Fenix does the runs as a workout so it steps me through. I’d love to know what the battery icon is! Lots of learning on the way. Day 2 for me.
Yes I did thank you. I believe the battery icon indicates 'recovery' as opposed to 'base', 'taper' etc.
Hi. Would you have a recommendation for the following "problem": i can do long training sessions on the weekend, but only every other weekend. hardly ever two in a row. i can set the default availability only weekly. if the long sessions are planned on a weekend where i have limited time, how would you deal with the workouts?
@@99cya I know it's not a bi-weekly planning solution but if I want to do something similar I go to my calendar and delete a session then add in another from the library. I suspect the reason it's not built in (at the moment?) is that long term programmes will have periodisation built in and also often work in blocks (i.e. 3 weeks building followed by a recovery week) progressing through different phases (base/build/peak/taper.....).
Can you help me understand how to do the virtual bikes?
Does it send my bike workouts to other platforms so I can follow or can I use the humango app for it?
The website really does not provide these details…
Hi there. Good question. At the moment you can export the bike workout files to Zwift as well as an Erg file (.erg) or a Wahoo file (.plan). Whilst the latter two can be uploaded onto various platforms such as Training Peaks (I believe) by far the easiest/most convenient for most people is to upload to Zwift. I've done a separate video on this: ua-cam.com/video/V1wyZRe48x8/v-deo.html should get you to the video titled; 'How to export a cycle workout from Humango to Zwift'. If this doesn't work as a link from the comments then copy ad paste it into your address bar or type the title into UA-cam search.
Hey, quick question, I can't find the button to go into dark mode anywhere! Any ideas where it is? Thanks for the videos
Hi there - at the moment there isn't one! I've fed back to Humango (along with others) and they are going to implement it. There is a work around using Chrome and applying dark mode there but not yet in Humango itself.
Thanks for that! @@andrewwynn7271
i am in my free trial period for humango and i have looked at other training plans etc. i might be totally wrong, but for someone who just likes doing sports and wants to finish such an event in an average time, these plans and recommendations appear overly complicated to me.
@@99cya Hi there. First off let me confirm that I have nothing to do with Humango, I'm not an employee or ambassador and I pay full price for my package 😀.
Having said that I think there are two aspects of complexity that are particularly relevant to you. The first is the plan itself. In this case it is a matter of setting the activities (number of, length of and which days) and your goal to suit you. This in itself is quite straight forward. You can then alter this as you work through your plan should you wish.
The second is the data. Quite 'simply', the data is there - you can simply ignore it 😀. However, as you train I think you are likely to want to see how certain elements are improving, even if that just starts with resting heart rate for example. As you progress you can 'entertain' more data elements.
For me almost, if not the, biggest bonus of Humango is that it gives you a very cost effective structure to follow.
I hope this helps.
@@RealLifeReviews thanks for your time answering. i found something that bothers me. is there any way to export the running workouts to my apple watch or garmin? i cannot see myself running around with a printed sheet of paper or re-building the workout manually into the watch each time. that wouldnt be much fun over many months .... how do you complete the running workouts?
Hi. If you link your garmin watch to Humango it automatically pushes your run and swim workouts across 👍
@@RealLifeReviews thanks. I will try that!
