Great videos for someone like me who is exploring this as an option. These are really useful. Only minor gripe is the volume shift between the desk shots and voiceovers.
Many thanks for your comments, they are much appreciated. I've now got an independent microphone so these volume shifts have been 'eliminated' on the later videos 😅. Many thanks again.
First of all thanks for your great videos on Humango. I've been using Humango for about 6 months now (and still very happy with it), but still interesting to see your experience and see how I can improve how I use it. On your remark about Hugo telling you that you did not stay within the prescribed power range though. What I found is that Humango updates your FTP based on your past activities, so this will probably go up over time. At the same time, the file that it creates for Zwift (.zwo) prescribes the power target as a percentage of your FTP. So when Humango and Zwift use different FTPs, Zwift will try to keep you in a different power range (especially in ERG mode) than Humango intended... There are two ways to solve this... Either overwrite your FTP in Humango or check the FTP that Humango has calculated for you and make sure that your Zwift profile has the same number. Both not ideal unfortunately. Not sure if the Zwift workout files also have the option to prescribe power targets in Watts instead of percentage of FTP.
@@RealLifeReviews it does - I just got Humango yesterday and it automatically integrated the strength training workout into my Garmin watches Workout calendar 👍🏻 Super easy

Thank you for such a constructive comment. As soon as I get back from Egypt I'll look at playing with the FTPs 😀
Is Hugo able to export strength training to Garmin watches yet?
Not that I'm aware of - looking forward to it 😂

About threshold, could it be because you have lost weight? Thx for video.
