Almost 90% efficient at 2 Ohms on MUSIC? This amp is going to be the 2 ohm CHAMP with a real 5000 Watts on music is incredible chops! Good job for Audio pipe making such a solid amp with the protections needed in the daily.
That's on burst. It's like 63% at 4ohm
.not good
@@Contact_Infoit's 75 on certified at 4 ohm only uncertified he posted was in the mid 60s and that up to clipping most amps aren't efficient up to clipping.
That was cool, Drawing almost 1000 Amps Woah!!! HiFi you're channel Rocks.
Thanks!
Always enjoy videos on amplifiers
Glad you like them!
I love A.P. running 4 x 12 inch D
BDC2s on an APCLE30001.D. using A.P. 6x9s, an APCLE2004, Caps. Wiring. Voltage meter. Loving all my A.P stuff
I was not expecting that. Wow, talk about stepping their game up. Much better than my first AudioPipe amp.
Probably the most solid fullbridge I have tested!
Great work Audiopipe! Very impressive.
Awesome dyno! Audiopipe is stepping their game up!
There game has always been up. Tf 😂 5 years ago it was far better higher on the dynamic side then this. 1500 did about 3k dynamic at 14.4v at .1
Excellent video at the first look at this amp.
The power supply side mainly the torroids was the weak point on their full bridge amps I'm glad to see they upgraded to a better type.
Hat off to Audiopipe!!!! Great Video👍
Yes! Thank you!
Hell yeah vector, keep em coming bro i appreciate all your opinions, purchased alot because of you
Your so welcome and thank you!
Love to get my hands on this amp and big ups to your review videos, I look forward them every time👍🏿
Appreciate you man!
Very impressive, clip light on the knob is a win as well 👊
Looking forward to the video of it on subs. Thanks for bringing these to our attention.
Wow !! What a monster amp.!!
Thanks for testing, looks like I will be getting one of those. Nice amp!
Super nice amp!
Nice amp , love the compact size
Sweet amp man, nice to see them get the protection straightened out.
Excellent review 👍✌️
Yes very robust amp thank you for watching!
@@HiFiVector always loved that design.
Np always enjoy your reviews 👍
Thanks bro I was waiting for someone to do a Dyno because the 3000 is a beast n I was going to get one of these amps
Full bridge Brazilian amps most of the time feel light weight because alot less components are used .
Nice amp. Ive had real good luck with the AudioPipe APDL1-1600D1. Its only 1600 but does pretty good has good power imo
Wow....great amp.😊
HIFI Vector for the people. Saving us bunch of wasted time and money ❤
Thanks brother!
Nicely done bro 🔥
Thank you!
Even to this day you’re the only person that reviewed this amp, best kept secret.🤫 Big D Wiz hasn’t even mentioned it. I’m in researching mode and was considering The Big Boss 8k but this may have changed my mind.
Thanks for sharing
Thanks for watching!
I wish these amps was rated at 12.6 volts like taramps does.
I really dont understand the hate audipipe has gotten over the years. I used to run my gd-6001 at .35 daily, Had good luck with the old silver 3000s the long boys then the black ones were good too.
Car audio is very tribal. Online enthusiasts seem to be more open minded for the most part.
@m3rk201 couldn't agree more with the tribal aspect! Kinda sad really
That thing is a monster powerhouse.
Yes it is!
Nice amp all audiopipes are bangers & ppl sleep on em not me I'm old school
It put out the numbers they promised. Efficiency is killing me though.
Wow!👀
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Btw taramps has bass knobs now.
Their old 3k full bridge is very reliable i must say
You should dyno their audiopipe aphd 8000 full bridge or even the aphd 5000 or the aphd 16000
Price on this 1 hifi ?
Wow ! U let that drop to 10 volts and ran tests like that ? If it can handle a brutal Dyno and be on low voltage and survive it's a solid amp also what kind of numbers did it make on low voltage ? If u can remember.
If I remember right around 5800 - 6k at 10 volts .
@@HiFiVector ok thanks
Can u do the 5k
I want a 3k version 😊
These are not released yet but I am hoping the do have a 3k and 5K as well.
👍👍👍...
What do you think about the 5k version, I saw it at 370 dollars a bargain but I want to use it with two 12" 1500wrms subwoofers. 3 AGM batteries and a 120 amp stetsom power supply.A digital 800.4 sound for mids and highs, you trust me to give up and rock my subs hard without clipping
I haven’t tested the 5k version yet but I’m sure it’s killer.
@@HiFiVectorTY
Are the APHD and APHF series similar or what is the difference between them?
The APHF are the newer models and have been overall improved especially the protection circuitry.
@@HiFiVector The detail is that an acquaintance is selling me the aphd 8k version And in your video you have the aphf version, they will be very different in terms of the power they deliver.
How do you think it will do on there 18s
Very good for sure.
why did you need to mess with the remote bass control?
Keeping an eye on the clip indicator. I always like to check and see if it matches the dynos clip indicator. Some amp clip indicators are way off but this one it was accurate.
Could this amplifier run wired at .5 ohm considering impedance rise ??
It’s risky but it all depends on your impedance rise.
It should have done over 9000 watts or better but I still buy it
Great amp and very tough!
Somehow I missed this video.
So question. Im running a smart 5 on my 2 vxf 15's. I wanna go with an 8k. So this one or taramps smart 8?? 🤔
I would choose this personally but taramps are good as well.
Thanks for your info!! I appreciate it bro
You are so welcome man thanks so much for your support!
Same amp as the others are using. They just slapped their name on it. The Smart 8 is rated 8000wrms at .5, 1, and 2 ohms. The taramps Smart 8 will run circles around that old soundigital design
Taramps is a solid choice as well I ran a taramps md 8k and it banged all day and stayed cool
👍
Where is amp guts at ??
i wish there was a 20k version
We will see when these new models get released!
What type of plug is on the remote? Is it RJ11 or RJ12 or RJ45?
RJ 12
👍👀👍
That amp looked like it was putting out some interference with ur camera.
Like to see gut shot. Look lie another sb clone or same build house
Watch the whole video there is gut shots in the vid.
...only thing i dont like is all that currant running threw the pcb
Did better than the Taramps md 8k
Yep
The 3k and the 5k beast too currently using them in a build
25061 at 4ohm is nothing small
$630
Yep killer deal for this amp.
@@HiFiVector i actually bought one from big jeff audio because of your video, im going to run it at 2 ohms thank you.
There other line 5 years ago slammed the dynamic liike way over rated.
Design is not sleek
