Cheap £90 Polytunnel build done RIGHT!, Single handed, total cost “less time” £145
Today, I decided to erect another cheap polytunnel, given the last one lasted 10 years so far, Step by step guide to ( Cheap £90 Polytunnel build done RIGHT!, Single handed, total cost “less time” with batons £145
I already had the flute board so that would be an extra cost………. Or just use Visqueen or plastic.
Make sure if you do this, you select a GAVENISED Frame. Ideally 25mm framing but this one is only 18mm. The polytunnel will be a no dig, citrus tree and fruit tree affair, as they are suffering in the pots and difficult to maintain.

We are looking at blue pipes for our frames and securing with scaffolding in the ground so the pipes can go over it.

I’ve have had an eBay ‘polytunnel’ like that and believe me, you’ll need all the guy ropes you can get! Mine moved from the back garden to the front of the house unaided in a strong wind 😱
