I love your class. I am in Florida but I literally just learned more from this lesson than I did the entire time I was in my class here. I basically had to teach myself real estate. Thank YOU!!! I am on track with all of your other videos as well.

Travis I took my NC RE test today. I passed the National and missed the NC by a few points. So sad but I can go back and just take the State. If I had you as instructor I know I would have passed. You're the best!!

Can I just take a moment to say thank u so much Travis. I’ve finally passed my exam because of ur lectures!! I failed the first couple times because I was just using prep again and some other websites but since I started watching it lectures everything just became clear. Thank u again

You are a fantastic teacher. And I appreciate you. I studied my butt off and was able to pass my test on the first attempt. Though according to you that's not hard to do here in FLORIDA. Thank you Travis for the videos you have. I have taken a online course and passed, then when it came to the PSI exam I failed. Viewing your vIdeos has me understand the concepts. During the exam everything you mentioned stuck to me and flew through the exam and passed. Classroom is the best route and you are a great instructor.
Travis, I did all my pre-license requirements here in Tennessee online, and passed receiving the certificates. I haven't sat for the exam because I'm still employed f/t and not ready to transition into being a realtor, simply because of current time limitations. I know I'll probably have to start all over once I'm ready, which is ok. I love learning all this stuff, so it's not wasted. I just wanted to tell you that I've listened to quite some of your videos and have learned so much. If I lived in your neck of the woods, I'd want to apprentice under you just to learn more. :) Thanks so much!

I passed my class exam first time and recently passed the National Portion. I, unfortunately, failed the State Portion by 1 question! I have been watching the NC law videos that you have posted and have taken a few practice quizzes. Do you have a recommendation for NC State-specific practice exams that I can take to further prepare?
Do you have any suggestions for choosing a broker to work for? I passed because all your videos are amazing and helpful. I’m not in NC but they helped so much for the national portion. Thank you for sharing your videos!
