I like the way you took the time to put all of the gussets (little triangles) in place. It added a lot to the look. Oh, just one Little thing, it needs tail lights. Great work.
Broco Crisp!!! that trailer is siccccc and you can even do poly construction now, sigh they grow up so fast! I like it..I like it a lot lieutenant Dan! Everybody leave a like for this Video so we can have more polystyrene goodness!
A1👍... Did you hear that bell?.. You just leveled up amigo... you went from repair/resto to manufacturing.... You chose wisely. Awesome job! It looks like you bought it! More! More! More!
You see? I'm sure you knew about him already, but I was the one who recommended Sideways King 75 a few videos back. I'm happy to see you working with polystyrene now! Keep up the great work. BLUBS FOR JIMMY!!
Gave this one the big tester, I watched straight after a SidewaysKing75 video. 2 transport trailers, both A1 quality. Look forward to future developments and possibilities.
Would have been cool to see some landing gear, tail lights, marker lights & possible running lights along the side but, holy cow, still pretty awesome! Looking forward to seeing what you come up with next! 👍
Great job! For the wooden deck, use coffee stirrer sticks, and stain them with alcohol colored with a few drops of India ink. That will give them the greyish-silver color of a weathered wooden deck. That's what those of us in the model railroad game use for the decks of flatcars. Keep up the good work!
Cool project. I like what you've done here ... Also, work a job, or make a job you love ... I'd try to go with do what you love. Quote of the day ... "Sick welds bro!" - DR
Brotherman that is freaking killer, I am a model builder and I do scratch building as well but your build is better than I have done. You have got me wanting to really get into modifying and building custom work. Keep up the great work and have a great day.
You can use clear colored plexiglass for lights. Have seen one guy make them working lights. Lit up real nice. I am working on a 1/14 scale Thermo King Reefer. All out of styrene sheets. It is about 90% done.
Yeah! Styrene is so easy to work with & you can make about anything. Good to always have around. I made a box to mount a porch light last week. Hot wheel interiors, camper shells..... Yes, more plz!
Hey bud, that is a beauty. Totally evident in how you build you have the mechanical background to know how it's built for reals. Great work, would love to see more scratch builds.! She's ready to hot shot some equipment into the patch.
This was pretty cool Video idea: do a car conversion episode Like change a sedan into coupe Coupe into convertible Van into pickup Pickup into RV Whatever you like to make using grinding and cutting tools to cut roofs off
Clever build with styrene! Ramp holder part was brilliant!!! Next time try putting two angles on the deck part far enough to wedge the tires in so the car does go flying off with a hot dog driver! Looks like you have found another calling as Styrene Resurrection!😍 Also check out Sidewaysking75 version of a car transport using Hot Wheels Kombi VW. Amazing styrene work on it! He uses a device called the Chopper II to cut exact multiple copies of bits of plastic that are all the same.
Wow! I have a bunch of styrene, a bottle of that bonding glue, , and now a little confidence that I may be able to make something outta my stack of plastic 😂😎 The trailer is 🔥 I love it!
Dude that looks awesome! You did a great job! And as always your sound effects crack me up 😂 😂😂 the red paint and the chrome wheels are on point!👍🏻✌🏻👊🏻👌🏻
Great job. I have been working with Plastruct and Evegreen brand styrene sheets and shapes for 40 yrs. I have only worked in 1/24 -1/25th scale and for the past 10 yrs I have been just building 1/18th scale . I build scale trailers and race car frames. The Plastruct glue you are using works very well but it really stinks. There are special cutters to trim the sheet styrene. I realize that the majority of your work is in 64th scale so you may not need anything other than exacto type blades. Exacto blades do a good job but they are easier to keep on the line if you use them backwards to make your cuts. Lots of light cuts. You are right, when you put gussets and cross beams in, the piece becomes very rigid. I love your videos. While I don't do 64th scale, I do watch you for airbrushing techniques and your humor. . I only recently bought an airbrush and haven't raised the courage to try it. Are you Canadian? I am in Ontario Canada. Keep up the great videos. The trailer looks awesome with great detail added .
That was amazing! I love it . Looks store bought for sure! Having trailered extremely low cars I definitely prefer dovetail trailers! You should look into that haha
Great Job, I recently purchased some large sheets of clear plastic to restore some old 1/18 scale model boxes. The kind that has the plastic window covering 75% of the box and that plastic gets nasty over the years. I also bought the Odds-n-Ends pack, they "Evergreen" make a bunch of stuff like ready made girders, rods, 1/2 round rods etcetera. Nice folks to speak with if you call them for a specific need. I see Jimmy (Up to about 1:30) is outside his trailer recovering from a heck-of-a-wild-party LOL. Sadly I see you've inserted music, one of the things I enjoy most about your videos is the narrative with no music. I would have preferred just hearing your thoughts about l working with the styrene. Ah-ha that's what you did, lost the music, thank you. I see Jimmy has recovered at about 20:50. Seriously, what a great job, it looks store-bought. I'm looking forward to seeing the ramps built and maybe some side rails. WONDERFUL VIDEO and YES do more building vids.
I used to go through quite a bit of styrene, Plastruct solvent, MEK, and CA adhesive myself, back in the days when I was a young buck of a Uni student majoring in Industrial Design, making conceptual prototype models. Seeing this sort of enthusiasm is contagious enough to get me back into scratching that itch to scratch build. For a "first", that turned out really well. The only significant thing I can see that sweet trailer is missing is some sort of landing gear, to hold it level when it's unhitched.
A few years ago, the power company mailed out free CFL lamps. According to the instructions on the package, going up in smoke is a designed failure mode! I have several make a popping noise and go up in smoke. I suppose a resistor is being used as a fuse. Switch to LEDs. Cool trailer!
This is a great video, this is one of the best ones ove seen, you got me wanting to try at building one, thanks for sharing, Try building some kind of trailer jacks, for when its not connected...
Always fun to see a bit of a different project. Not sure how many hours you have into it but for a first attempt it came out awesome. Looking forward to you tricking out the truck now.
A very nice start to enhance your hobby DR! Another company to check out is Plastruct as they also have architectural shapes in many sizes. You have to be very careful with scratch building as it can be an obsessive and dangerous hobby!! :-)
Beautiful work! It looks like something that was pre-made. Oh, it's time to switch to LED bulbs. That's all we've had for several years now. They're much better than fluorescent.
That gave a rise to my naughty place. Well done! I'm jealous, I have the skills to do that but no patience, I go into Hulk mode and smash when something don't go my way. So I live through you and some other channels. Kudos.
Wow! Now that’s impressive! You made that look easy! Simple gusset bracing added a lot of strength. A departure from the norm but very entertaining, thanks for sharing 😉👍
Very cool! Your video couldn’t be more timely for me as I was just about to buy some styrene myself! It looks really easy to work with and fun 😎👍🏻 Yea the wood deck with steel frame would definitely take it to the next level.
Have you seen any videos by 'SidewaysKing75'? He does incredible things with offcuts of styrene sheet. I use 'Evergreen' styrene a lot. It's quality is always consistently good. The finished trailer looks fantastic. I like the idea of one with a wooden deck, too. Nice one.
I hadn't got to the part where you mentioned Sideways King when I stuck my oar in. Sorry. He does things with scrap styrene that just make me want to say 'F*ck it!', and throw all my gear in the bin. He made some engine blocks last time, and they looked beautiful.
Built from scratch with no instruction sheet or anything else to work with. No way I could do it, but you make it look so easy. Another excellent job. All it really needs in taillight boxes and side markers; one at the front in amber, one at the midpoint and one at the rear both in red. Or is it the front two in amber and the rear one in black I don't remember!!! 🤣🤣🤣
Very beautiful trailer u made here. Yesterday was my 1st attempt to take apart a Hot wheel. And I did really gud, I'm happy wit' myself. Keep up ur creativity goin,' I'm learnin' awhole lot from it. 👍🏾👍🏾thumbs up for ur trailer..
I like the way you took the time to put all of the gussets (little triangles) in place. It added a lot to the look.
Oh, just one Little thing, it needs tail lights.
Great work.
Freaking awesome build!
Every time he said triangle I said to myself "Gussets. The word your looking for is gussets."
Need to figure out some tail light boxes. Don't want to get pulled over!
Really nice... but I think you could make a pair of mud flaps for the rear tires... Congratulations.
Little built of music in the first 5 mins of this one, after that i continue blabbing away.. Happy Friday!!
Happy Friday, i was rocking my forrest green Diecast Resurrection hoodie today. Yeeahhh #Blubbsforjimmy
Blub Blub Blub... O hey man, Keep up the vids, creative
Why is Jimmy under the Hot Rod?
The Styrene really opens up customisation possibilities. Keep it up.
Broco Crisp!!! that trailer is siccccc and you can even do poly construction now, sigh they grow up so fast! I like it..I like it a lot lieutenant Dan! Everybody leave a like for this Video so we can have more polystyrene goodness!
*Pre-Loading the Tweeze* 21:56 it's all down to that!!!! Ever the day came when the tweeze be pre-loaded..... *POWER TO THE TWEEZE*
A1👍... Did you hear that bell?.. You just leveled up amigo... you went from repair/resto to manufacturing.... You chose wisely. Awesome job! It looks like you bought it! More! More! More!
I hear the phrase "level up", and that most inanely insipid song by lame-ass Russell Wilson's partner, Ciara, keeps coming to mind. Gaaaaahhhhh!
That trailer actually looks Store bought for sure.
It is(coughs). Not
Needs to put it next to a greenlight trailer for comparison.
You see? I'm sure you knew about him already, but I was the one who recommended Sideways King 75 a few videos back. I'm happy to see you working with polystyrene now! Keep up the great work. BLUBS FOR JIMMY!!
I love the chevelle wagon. The trailer turned out awsome. I think I would have covered the top of the goose neck though. It's a first try so it great!
Gave this one the big tester, I watched straight after a SidewaysKing75 video. 2 transport trailers, both A1 quality. Look forward to future developments and possibilities.
You need to make some loaders for the back so the cars can get off and on. It looks awesome!
Shoutout to Taras! I had a feeling I knew where them "BOOMS" came from. This video was amazing! Sideways King would be proud.
Would have been cool to see some landing gear, tail lights, marker lights & possible running lights along the side but, holy cow, still pretty awesome! Looking forward to seeing what you come up with next! 👍

Love seeing new stuff on here. It really shows when you are pumped for a project. This is a great new addition. YES!!! MORE!!
Like ! Like ...like! I like! Dang and DANG.....! That is one sweeeet trailor! I am very impressed with how easy you made it look. You Rocked it!
Great to see you do something different. That trailer is beautiful. Keep the styrene projects coming!!!
Maybe experiment with surface mounts LEDs for lighting effects and a button cell for power
Maybe some sandpaper for the top surface to provide some no-slide friction
You can use clear colored plexiglass for lights. Have seen one guy make them working lights. Lit up real nice.
I am working on a 1/14 scale Thermo King Reefer. All out of styrene sheets. It is about 90% done.
Done similar. Rebuilt an s-foil from a mid 80's B-Wing model and just recently cockpit detail to an old Millenium Falcon. It's great stuff.
Yeah! Styrene is so easy to work with & you can make about anything. Good to always have around. I made a box to mount a porch light last week. Hot wheel interiors, camper shells..... Yes, more plz!
I did enjoy this video. Perhaps you should do interiors where none existed.
Hey bud, that is a beauty. Totally evident in how you build you have the mechanical background to know how it's built for reals. Great work, would love to see more scratch builds.! She's ready to hot shot some equipment into the patch.
That was legendary!!! I love seeing things like that built from scratch!! Outstanding artwork!!
This was pretty cool
Video idea: do a car conversion episode
Like change a sedan into coupe
Coupe into convertible
Van into pickup
Pickup into RV
Whatever you like to make using grinding and cutting tools to cut roofs off
Station wagon into sedan.
@@CallMeMrStopmotion that will be awesome the other way around would be cool too
@@abdullah_carart5638 that would be a great Custom.
Cool idea game out great!!..you should do a whole video in the Bill Murray "Caddyshack" voice.
.. Yup... Time for a golf cart and a gopher!
You are a natural at this!! As usual, love your videos. Thanks for sharing!
I vote more of this stuff! Also looking forward to see how Jimmy's hauler turns out!
I own a trailer manufacturer and this was spot on! Please continue these videos they’re so interesting and original!!
Wow. You put a lot of effort into this one. Great job Mr. Diecast!
That was awesome! Can't wait to see more!
Love to see more you nailed this down pretty quickly. Looks store bought!
Clever build with styrene! Ramp holder part was brilliant!!! Next time try putting two angles on the deck part far enough to wedge the tires in so the car does go flying off
with a hot dog driver! Looks like you have found another calling as Styrene Resurrection!😍 Also check out Sidewaysking75 version of a car transport using Hot Wheels
Kombi VW. Amazing styrene work on it! He uses a device called the Chopper II to cut exact multiple copies of bits of plastic that are all the same.
Awesome job! Especially first one. Options are unlimited now. LED lights for the trailer.
Scratch Building is the new thing..
Total Awesomeness
Dude you nailed it. That's freaking fantastic. I love the cars also that you had on the trailer
I want to try to build one of those weird VW campers for the Beetle so this should be good to watch how you do
i was thinking of that camper as well i saw a youtube video on one never seen one before.
Very nice build. You can use staples for handles, grab irons and steps.
Wow, that looks great. You've came along way since you started this channel.
Great job.
That was wicked cool! Came out awesome
Awesome Stuff...you are definitely one of the best 1:64 creators out there!!
The end result turned out awesome. +1 for more custom polystyrene creations.
Wow! I have a bunch of styrene, a bottle of that bonding glue, , and now a little confidence that I may be able to make something outta my stack of plastic 😂😎
The trailer is 🔥 I love it!
Looks amazing, you totally killed that one, more please!
Well that was a bit of a surprise ! Nice little video and I'm glad you had fun building it ! Fun to watch ! thanks!

Time to substitute LED lights for compact florescents.
You are the forecast magician. You think of things and conjure them before our eyes.

That trailer rocks, only thing I would suggest is mudflaps and folding jack's for the front of the trailer!
A few years ago, the power company mailed out free CFL lamps. According to the instructions on the package, going up in smoke is a designed failure mode! I have several make a popping noise and go up in smoke. I suppose a resistor is being used as a fuse. Switch to LEDs. Cool trailer!
That was awesome dude ! Really enjoyed that , can't wait for the next instalment. bring on the styrene... blub blub good buddy
Awesome car trailer!

I have to say that's a GREAT job !!!!! Very professional looking ! Make some more please.
Yes I do like that. Suggestions: landing gear; spare tire; tie downs; and tail lights. Do the next one in metal, and paint it with spectraflame.
From something out of nothing...
Such an awesome build right there
Absolutely love the trailer.. love to see more trailers and haulers made this way
This was different and fun! 👍
Good shhtuff! I recently did a international cxt dually out of a matchbox I found... You sir have colored me inspired. Awesome vid.
Nice job. That plastic is very workable and can be used for tons of stuff.
Great job as always. Very informative, educational, not to mention fun to watch!! Really nice work man 👍🏽💪🏽😎

Your sound effects man. Not a bad thing. Your having fun with the channel your way. No cares about what anyone else thinks about it. I like it.

You did a wonderful job! the finished product looks wonderful!
This is PERFECT!!
It looks like it came from the store.
COOL ! It's amazing how it looked like the real deal after the paint.
Yea it looks like legit metal now hehe.. really fun stuff!
Yes do more styrene projects or maybe kitbash some matchbox trucks
Thats awesome Bro! Makes me want to give it a try.
Found your channel by random I at least watch one video a day if not more ..... awesome job on the trailer 👍👍
Built from scratch with no instruction sheet or anything else to work with. No way I could do it, but you make it look so easy. Another excellent job. Best thing I've seen you do yet. Need some trailer jack stands and angle up in the front a bit. Maybe next time some homemade diamond plate.
Coolest thing I’ve seen today. Great job
Great work! Can't wait to see the wooden deck one.
Greetings friend very good job I congratulate you for such a good channel I leave you my 👍🇲🇽🏁
Sweet trailer, looks like a bought one! Keep working with the styrene by all means.
