If there is documentation, which it seems there is, there have been many lawsuits against companies for keeping employee tips. It sounds like this is a case where the companies are stealing driver's tips. Dept of Labor might be very interested in this
Lyft underreports passenger payments, rider sent me a screenshot of thier payment of 53.99 and Lyft passenger payment on my accouns is only $47.27? Why??

This has been happening to me alot lately also. I'm so sick of UBER!!
I always check my wallet amount before quiting and current tips. I wake up to a $9 tip and only $2 added no explanation to anything. Just accept it ridiculous
There stealing from the tips that is illegal
This happens with all these gig app companies wake up man!
Their charging riders for 11 miles 115.99 on Lyft and you know the drivers don't get but 25% of that.

I’m not able to do screenshots on my iPhone Pro 12 safely as I’m driving and getting requests. On my phone I have to press two buttons simultaneously and if I don’t do it right I actually turn my screen off that requires me to input my passcode to open my screen by then my request will be gone. I’m not sure how you guys do your screenshots. I noticed haircuts from upfront fares for the longest time. Normally is a small amount but extremely infuriating. I only really notice when it’s a larger fare. Last time it was obvious it was $20 and some cents and I got $19.90. The quintessential Highway Robbery !!!

This morning app showed 11.95$ after I dropped the customer it showed 10.65 I drive slow now on . No need to go fast 💨
Same thing happened to me and I reached out to support and they adjusted it. But it helps to be a platinum driver otherwise, I’m not sure if they would give out the same results

Lol do you think being a platinum driver or any type of driver is going to help you with these gig app companies? If you believe that you got another thing coming to you wake up
Uber gonna fall off I rather work with Lyft don’t like upfront fares but at least their trying to go towards the right direction Uber I don’t even bother
I don't think so. I get $10 $8 tips alll the time and my rides don't change whatsoever. Ended last night average 34hr
