The methods the T. rex was using to take down the hadrosaurs was surprisingly analogous to the various red tailed hawks I have observed ripping apart small mammals such as rabbits and woodchucks. Pinning them down and tearing out vital internal organs. This truly conveys how dinosaurian birds of prey can be and it’s so cool to see it animated on a powerhouse such as a Tyrannosaurus rex. Absolutely Brilliant!

@@studentleague23 9+ ton Sue, 10.4 ton Scotty and specially E.D. Cope who is 11.7 tons would absolutely wipe the floor with any JP/JW theropod.
But to be fair to the irl Giga, a real life Giga's bite would be WAAAY more deadly than the JW one's. Because JW Giga's bite literally does nothing just like the bites of other theropods in this franchise. Meanwhile a REAL Giga's bite would cut trough flesh like butter. Like if the JW Rexy got her neck bit by a real Giga instead she wouldn't be getting up, it would slice trough her arteries and she'd bleed out right then and there.
While against a real T.Rex %90 of the time none of these theropods would even get to land a bite at all, because real T.Rex is twice as agile as any theropod in it's size range so it's more likely to get the first bite in, ending the fight in mere seconds.

@@Fuji5.0 Kinda but not really, even an older T.Rex would have enough bite force to break bone, specially if she is capabile of throwing the Indominus Rex (while lifting the I.Rex completely off the ground for a second or two) using the said jaw and neck muscles. Bites of the dinosaurs are weirdly weak in the Jurassic franchise in general, like when the T.Rex bit the I.Rex's neck and started shaking her head around, she should have torn off a huge schunk out of the I.Rex's neck, but instead the bite did nothing, makes me wonder how these theropods even eat if they are incapabile of tearing flesh off of bones.

    Thought of 3 more:
    1. Flipped and Mutilated: If Tyrannosaurus hunted Ankylosaurus, it might’ve flipped it over on its back, and would tore open its underbelly and started eating it alive. It may have even flipped it with tools like logs!
    2. Paralyzed: Tyrannosaurus would’ve been able to paralyze its prey if it bit down on their spine, rendering their back useless so they would have to drag themselves with their front, or even paralyzing them entirely. There’s footage of Lions paralyzing prey, so Tyrannosaurus would’ve been an expert at it.
    3. Swallowed Whole: Tyrannosaurus would’ve been able to swallow smaller prey whole like modern day birds or reptiles, so it would’ve crushed them to death before devouring them whole, or more disturbingly even alive.
