really really appreciate these videos. Long story short, i just purchased a 2013 vw beetle 2.0 TDI and all i want is it to have more turbo sounds. i did buy the neuspeed discharge dampener, but havent put it on the car yet, i have a AFE CAI w/ dry filter, so i am hoping that the.. discharge dampener will make the car make all the turbo noises, cause i dont want to go the DPF delete route.
you might hear a touch more induction noise but it'll be tough with emissions intact
that will suck like mad and hope you get that turbo noise with it, more the better 😆👍
My wife might disagree since it’s her car but I guess we’ll see.

@@JoshsJettas mostly just noise, turbo spools up a bit better but It’s just the sound. It sounds sooooo much better
nice, where do you get a thicker plate?
TDIupgrades or cascadegerman sell heavier plates
If you ever get bored and want to modify another stock one I will buy it! Just can’t convince myself to pay that much for the aftermarket pieces

I haven’t, if I was to put some effort into it I’d just go larger
