Australia got the best TDIs regarding emissions and sensors. My set up is very basic. No sensors on actuators. Just a short exhaust dumping out the bottom.

Ina reeinforced valve lifters , cams, 150+ injector nozzles , arp/pd150 head bolts, big turbo, big ic, intake and exhaust manifold 70mm. Thats the receipt for 300+ hp
Lave it so all the mappers here are absolute shite 🤣 McBride only good lad for it but everyone goes to him so every limiter is the same. Get an English lad like Joshua Baldwin he’s miles better
in Europe we already use 28/56 Diesel cars in Europe are very aggressive, some can reach 500hp without nitro... Continuing a good project will make people talk in America
If it wasn’t for performance TDI I wouldn’t have my big turbo upgrade on my CJAA TDI they are the only ones with a oil feed line that works with the filter housing location
that wiring you pulled of is for the injectors not the crank sensor, i have a 1.9 asz theyre pretty much the same only bigger injectors and some other stuff. u run the 1756gtb almost the same but bit bigger.

You put on a bigger turbo but you can´t clean that intake manifold? Why? When I was putting a bigger turbo on, my intake only had slight carbon build up and I still clean it.

If u dont wanna get headlift with this turbo put pd150 head bolts. They are strongest oem bolts.
Got those aswell , was gonna pull one stud at a time & drop the 150’s in - any tips for the process?
@@Alex_Widuch I have a PD150 bora/ US jetta, I didn't need to do this upgrade, I think it would be best to change the head gasket as well.
