Sorry but , this ok but there is a young lady on UA-cam that is a baker and makes an amazing protein bread with yeast, butter powder, it takes longer to make but the outcome is delicious so soft, you can actually squeeze it and it doesn’t just bounce back like foam like this one. Well worth looking for it.

I made the older original version of this recipe using 12 egg whites PLUS the egg white powder. I was so hopeful that it would be the delicious bread I was longing for. After purchasing and measuring precisely all of the ingredients, my bread turned out to be an exact replica of the bread in the video. It was a soft, golden brown vision of real bread. But, that’s were my bread fantasy ended. At first bite the texture was that of memory foam and it tasted absolutely nothing like bread. It was actually difficult to swallow. Even after toasting, butter would not penetrate it. Attempts to morph it into French toast were unsuccessful. But, I have learned a valuable lesson. I will stick to the basics of the diet I’ve chosen and I won’t waste valuable time, effort and money making imposters of the foods I think I miss.

Fantastic! I made it, took almost 25 minutes with an electric wisk, but it's good! The consistancy is perfect, and the crust over the top of it is even better. I haven't had real bread in almost four years, but this has a very close taste to the real thing.

it does!!! With extra sweetener and some vanilla and almond extract, and then of course some icing made with hazelnut coffee or Kahlua it would be a true Angel Food Cake-YUM!!!! I tore two slices into cubes, dipped them in strong coffee+ a tbsp of Kahlua, and then folded in a 1/4 cup plain yogurt with sweetener and vanilla extract and then dusted it all with cocoa powder for a fake tiramisu! SO GOOD!!

With my meals I will have a glass of almond milk but what's sad about the almond milk that I buy is it's only 2% of almonds that's in this milk and that makes me sad because the rest of it is just water and added vitamins and calcium. There is an almond milk that usually has 50 to 70% of almonds in there but I heard that it tastes really nasty. Your bread looks good. To the past 7 years I've been suffering with this disease it took a toll on my body and I still suffer with depression and anxiety really bad because of my gut unhealthy. I just started taking colostrum supplement grass-fed and it's called WonderCow and it has 40% of antibodies in it and other good nutrition in the supplement and it's backed by third-party tested and backed by a couple clinical researches through the NIH and other resources but the supplement of this product wasn't studying because all colostrum supplements are not equal to one another. THIS BREAD IS SO DIVINE. It smells like milk bread when baking. The taste to me is like real bread. I had mine with homemade mayonnaise, Boar's Head Rosemary &Sundried Tomato Ham slice and Vermont White Sharp Cheddar Cheese. For dessert Keto vanilla ice cream. I have a new bread love.

Why are you adding a monosacchirde to a ostensibly carnivore dish? Isn't this entirely defeating tue point since you are generally trying to avoid the glucose spike?
It truly just depends. Not all carton egg whites are created equally. The only brand of carton egg whites that have consistently performed well for me are Bob Evans.
OK after looking at everything, I am going to use fresh egg whites (even though I just ordered a big container of egg whites protein…. But it won’t be here for a couple of day, and I am seriously Jonesing for some bread😭) But I don’t know how many to use and if they should be room temperature.😬😬😬
Sorry, the only thing you really need that may be hard is the egg white powder, which you can make yourself (it’s just dehydrated egg whites). You can leave out the allulose since it just browns the crust 🙏

I decided to treat myself once a month and buy a large cast iron item once a month or every other month and get rid of all the other cheaply made pans LOL can't go wrong with cast iron! By the way thank you for all the amazing recipes I am getting closer to week 5 of carnivore and it is a daily challenge but it is getting much easier. I do add herbs and spices and eventually will add certain veggies that I have to make sure they don't cause issues with my intestines. For example I love onions and I love garlic but I can't eat them because they give me inflammation and irritate my intestines. So your recipes are awesome. I can't wait to make your bread

Your dried egg whites brand sure does contain alot of ummm ingredients.
Mine deflated after taking out of the oven. What did I do wrong? I used a silicone beead pan. Could? this be why

Do you have to use dried egg whites. Can you use a carton of real egg whites?
If you don't use dried egg whites you will just end up with meringue. Dried egg white powder is what gives this bread its texture :)

Allulose isn’t a sugar alcohol. It is a zero glycemic natural sweetener that is used to help brown the crust. But you can leave it out if you want :)

If you do not use powdered egg whites you will end up with meringue. Egg white protein powder is what gives this its bread-like look and feel :)
Why are you adding a monosacchirde to a ostensibly carnivore dish? Isn't this entirely defeating tue point since you are generally trying to avoid the glucose spike?

It truly just depends. Not all carton egg whites are created equally. The only brand of carton egg whites that have consistently performed well for me are Bob Evans.
OK after looking at everything, I am going to use fresh egg whites (even though I just ordered a big container of egg whites protein…. But it won’t be here for a couple of day, and I am seriously Jonesing for some bread😭) But I don’t know how many to use and if they should be room temperature.😬😬😬

We hardly have all these ingredients in nigeria. Inside the list, all that can be gotten is just water and egg.
Sorry, the only thing you really need that may be hard is the egg white powder, which you can make yourself (it’s just dehydrated egg whites). You can leave out the allulose since it just browns the crust 🙏

I decided to treat myself once a month and buy a large cast iron item once a month or every other month and get rid of all the other cheaply made pans LOL can't go wrong with cast iron! By the way thank you for all the amazing recipes I am getting closer to week 5 of carnivore and it is a daily challenge but it is getting much easier. I do add herbs and spices and eventually will add certain veggies that I have to make sure they don't cause issues with my intestines. For example I love onions and I love garlic but I can't eat them because they give me inflammation and irritate my intestines. So your recipes are awesome. I can't wait to make your bread

I did a half batch and it turned out not big and tasted real salty. Followed your directions
Adjust the salt to your liking, and for a half batch I recommend making rolls instead of a loaf because it won’t rise enough 🙏

It can’t Truly be 0 carb. Any brand of Allulose on he market contains at least 9g carb per 2Tsb…?
Because allulose passes through the system undigested and has a 0 glycemic index, you can subtract the carbs. Same with erythritol :)
