      2. Use real eggs and separate the whites. Carton egg whites are more likely to fall.
      3. Whip the heck out of them! Everyone under-whips the whites!
      4. Don’t use protein powders that have fat. Fat causes whites to fall.
      5. Do not touch the whites with any water. Not a drop.
      6. Don’t make it on a humid day unless you have AC. The whites will fall.
      7. Leave it in the oven after it bakes. I leave it in for at least 30 minutes.
      8. Slice it the next day when completely cool.
      9. Or try adding 1/4 cup more protein powder. Some brands are different.
      10. If it’s too stiff like styrofoam, do not whip a long time after you add the protein powder. You have over mixed the protein powder into the whites.

      Sorry but , this ok but there is a young lady on UA-cam that is a baker and makes an amazing protein bread with yeast, butter powder, it takes longer to make but the outcome is delicious so soft, you can actually squeeze it and it doesn’t just bounce back like foam like this one. Well worth looking for it.

      I made the older original version of this recipe using 12 egg whites PLUS the egg white powder. I was so hopeful that it would be the delicious bread I was longing for. After purchasing and measuring precisely all of the ingredients, my bread turned out to be an exact replica of the bread in the video. It was a soft, golden brown vision of real bread. But, that’s were my bread fantasy ended. At first bite the texture was that of memory foam and it tasted absolutely nothing like bread. It was actually difficult to swallow. Even after toasting, butter would not penetrate it. Attempts to morph it into French toast were unsuccessful.
      But, I have learned a valuable lesson. I will stick to the basics of the diet I’ve chosen and I won’t waste valuable time, effort and money making imposters of the foods I think I miss.

    Fantastic! I made it, took almost 25 minutes with an electric wisk, but it's good! The consistancy is perfect, and the crust over the top of it is even better. I haven't had real bread in almost four years, but this has a very close taste to the real thing.

      it does!!! With extra sweetener and some vanilla and almond extract, and then of course some icing made with hazelnut coffee or Kahlua it would be a true Angel Food Cake-YUM!!!! I tore two slices into cubes, dipped them in strong coffee+ a tbsp of Kahlua, and then folded in a 1/4 cup plain yogurt with sweetener and vanilla extract and then dusted it all with cocoa powder for a fake tiramisu! SO GOOD!!

    Yay Maria I’m so excited just made this bread and my picky but lovable husband liked it! We put our homemade garlic butter on it! Any tips on getting it to not stick to the pan? I sprayed it with ghee but still stuck. Also is it best to store in fridge and for how long? Freeze well?

    Mmmm. Im gonna be pedantic and point out two things:
    1. Allulose is a carbohydrate, although a very low calorie one
    2. Carbs are, according to the overwhelming majority of actual research done on health and weight loss, not the enemy

      Allulose is a zero glycemic carbohydrate and can be subtracted since it has zero impact on blood glucose levels.
      The body makes all of the carbohydrates it needs via gluconeogenesis; therefore carbohydrates are a non-essential nutrient 😊

    CARBS DONT MATTER, if you’re worried about carbs you shouldn’t be, carbs are vital fuel for your body. If you want to lose weight you have to be in a calorie deficit not a carb deficit.

      It’s true that all is required for weight loss is to be in a calorie deficit. Limiting carbohydrates is so your body can enter a state of ketosis where you burn fat for fuel instead of glucose. This is for many reasons, ranging from metabolic syndrome, autoimmune diseases, mental health, general health, weight loss, and more.

    That looks very good. Thank you for commenting on my other message earlier today about my testimony / story of my late stage chronic lyme disease. I know enough a lot about healthy foods the keto diet and so much more even though yes I'm not a professional but we can also educate ourselves in many ways on staying away from processed foods and sugars and processed meats. I'm going to do my best trying to find ways to eat a meat diet but I think what I'll do is I'll make some kind of beef stew where I can cook a whole bunch freeze it in the freezer and if I want more I'll just take some out and cook more. I know your husband suffers with late-stage Lyme disease if I'm correct here and can he eat any kind of potatoes at all? My other question is I can't afford to buy expensive meat all the time and I know that I love buying organic foods but this is too expensive especially buying meat and what I do is I can't buy organic I will find beats that's raised without antibiotics and no pesticides. They do have non-organic meats that doesn't have antibiotics in it and that's fineI know that for my understanding any meat that says grass-fed we usually says 100% grass-fed is not true for my understanding because that means the cows have to eat only grass through their whole life and they have to eat some other nutrition besides grass. Way to go on your journey of losing weight many years ago. Next month I am going to stop eating dairy yogurt I shouldn't have bought dairy yogurt I'm getting a lot of gas from it. It's going to be hard of not eating sugar even though I don't eat a lot of sugar at all I don't eat any processed sugars. I know I mentioned in my other message to you about me putting organic jelly on my waffles and that's the only sugar that I eat except the dairy yogurt that I buy that has five grams of sugar plus 6 added. I do eat gluten free bread and gluten-free waffles. Time to time I do eat angel hair pasta gluten-free it has high protein in it. I love eating peanut butter but I buy organic peanut butter that only has 1% of sugar no added. With my meals I will have a glass of almond milk but what's sad about the almond milk that I buy is it's only 2% of almonds that's in this milk and that makes me sad because the rest of it is just water and added vitamins and calcium. There is an almond milk that usually has 50 to 70% of almonds in there but I heard that it tastes really nasty. Your bread looks good. To the past 7 years I've been suffering with this disease it took a toll on my body and I still suffer with depression and anxiety really bad because of my gut unhealthy. I just started taking colostrum supplement grass-fed and it's called WonderCow and it has 40% of antibodies in it and other good nutrition in the supplement and it's backed by third-party tested and backed by a couple clinical researches through the NIH and other resources but the supplement of this product wasn't studying because all colostrum supplements are not equal to one another. Thank you for taking the time to read my messages out of your day one thing that the lord always gets me through to Jesus Christ my Lord and Savior is he will never leave me nor forsake me and I am learning a lot through my suffering...✍️✝️❤️

      If you don't use dried egg whites you will just end up with meringue. Dried egg white powder is what gives this bread its texture :)

    That is NOT bread! It is meringue without the sugar! I cannot imagine eating something as tasteless and pointless. Rather a small slice of sourdough than a slice of air..😅

      It is not just meringue. The egg white powder gives it a bread-like texture. It is an excellent option for those who either need to or choose to avoid grains and carbohydrates but would still like the option to enjoy bread.

    THIS BREAD IS SO DIVINE. It smells like milk bread when baking. The taste to me is like real bread. I had mine with homemade mayonnaise, Boar's Head Rosemary &Sundried Tomato Ham slice and Vermont White Sharp Cheddar Cheese. For dessert Keto vanilla ice cream. I have a new bread love.

      Allulose isn’t a sugar alcohol. It is a zero glycemic natural sweetener that is used to help brown the crust. But you can leave it out if you want :)

      If you do not use powdered egg whites you will end up with meringue. Egg white protein powder is what gives this its bread-like look and feel :)

      It truly just depends. Not all carton egg whites are created equally. The only brand of carton egg whites that have consistently performed well for me are Bob Evans.

But it won’t be here for a couple of day, and I am seriously Jonesing for some bread😭) But I don’t know how many to use and if they should be room temperature.😬😬😬

      Sorry, the only thing you really need that may be hard is the egg white powder, which you can make yourself (it’s just dehydrated egg whites). You can leave out the allulose since it just browns the crust 🙏

I decided to treat myself once a month and buy a large cast iron item once a month or every other month and get rid of all the other cheaply made pans LOL can't go wrong with cast iron! By the way thank you for all the amazing recipes I am getting closer to week 5 of carnivore and it is a daily challenge but it is getting much easier. I do add herbs and spices and eventually will add certain veggies that I have to make sure they don't cause issues with my intestines. For example I love onions and I love garlic but I can't eat them because they give me inflammation and irritate my intestines. So your recipes are awesome. I can't wait to make your bread

      Adjust the salt to your liking, and for a half batch I recommend making rolls instead of a loaf because it won’t rise enough 🙏

    It can’t Truly be 0 carb. Any brand of Allulose on he market contains at least 9g carb per 2Tsb…?

      Because allulose passes through the system undigested and has a 0 glycemic index, you can subtract the carbs. Same with erythritol :)
