My story about how I got sentenced to 23 years in prison. Part 1. #prisonexperience #prisonlife #incarceration #truecrimecommunity #3strikes #prisonstories
Sorry to hear that, you sound like a really good person. America's prison system is crazy. Looking forward to hearing the rest of your story and hope you're in a good place now.
I support u brother addiction should not be criminalized. U are going thru something i wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. Not religious but praying for u big dawg. Keep away from the dope and stay on the straight and narrow, u got strangers in every pocket hoping for u to recover and thrive!!! happy 2025 make it a new beautiful year you'll heal from 🎉❤
I've been robbed twice. I don't care if you have a drug problem. The 3 strike rule is a good rule. You got caught once and were given a chance to get off of drugs and stop victimizing people, then you got caught again and decided to keep doing the same thing. How many more chances do you want. I work hard and I prefer that they lock up some druggie who is compromising my safety and helping himself to my stuff. All I hear is you complaining about the legal system, I don't hear any remorse or empathy for your victims. I have no empathy for you.
@@Folsomprisonblues-v8r You created your own problems. People like me are the problem? People who don't want a drug addict breaking into their house to rob them?
@@Folsomprisonblues-v8r amen brother, addiction isn't something you can solve behind bars. what you needed was someone to lift u up, douches like this just wanna punch down. keep ur head up and don't let internet strangers push u back into a cycle of negativity ❤
@@Folsomprisonblues-v8r well if your out. Just find a job and maintain that job and always keep working. I've already came to a point now where everyone I know is either dead or in prison. I've pretty much changed my life and only go around people who actually care about me. Just do the best you can and stay out of trouble !
one of the guys involved in my friends death got 5 years for manslaughter in the robbery shooting death of my childhood friend in Ontario, Canada. America justice system is brutal and insane sentences but honestly would make me feel better than seeing killers walk free over here
I didn't hear him once say he didn't do it. He is just saying they don't have enough evidence to prove it (according to him). You didn't see the full evidence in this case. He had the ring from a robbery, he was pinged in the area the day of the robbery. He has a drug habit, tons of cash and no job. What are the chances that he didn't do the robbery if he was in the area when it occurred. Also, if he didn't do it he needs to prove that he bought the ring from the person who did do it. Where did he get the ring. Name someone. It is very scary and traumatic to have someone breaking your house, go through all your personal stuff and take whatever they want. You don't feel safe after that. Let's see if you continue to feel sorry for the criminal when it happens to you.
@ i don't give a fuck if he did it or not, 23 years for that crime is inhumane period. ive been jumped, ive been robbed, and ill tell you now i dont think those people should do 23 years for what they did to me, because im not a vindictive hateful person. He should have gone to jail, maybe even for like 10 years but 23 is absurd. You dont understand how long that is to be locked up and how much of a complete overly ridiculous sentence it is. people like you are the type to wish life sentences on thieves and drug addicts. You are revenge obsessed. there is punishment and consequences and then there is malicious revenge.
@@stevegoldstein3402 No, I don't. He obviously didn't get life. I'm assuming he got way less than that since he is making this video. We will see in part two how it turned out. All I'm saying is the guy has no remorse and is taking no responsibly. Seems like he has been given chance after chance after chance, and we are only hearing his side of the story.
God bless your heart. . :( sucks ass I know. Wish they would leave people alone that are users . Do nothing wrong but try to live day by day. . That's all.
Maybe it’s karma unfortunately. How many things did u get away with over the years? Bet ud get 35 to life if charged with all that? I was an addict didn’t do hard time straightened my shit up before then. 2 yrs ago my 17yr old son took his own life. I think daily of how my choices may have played a role in his decision. It’s hard for me to live with. I think maybe it’s my karma biting me in the ass. I would give my life right now if that would just give him another 5 min to think about his decision.
@@jeffez6572 probably karma. I ended up getting out 8yrs early for exceptional conduct (earned 2 college degrees) and that entire experience got me to change my life
Seems to me you’re kinda Central Casting for all of your carceral entanglements and tales of woe. You’re also a small guy, so I’m sure surviving in prison has been an “interesting“ and “hole stretching” experience.
You wanna hear how grimey this dude is? Here’s a true story: Less then 2 years ago he was living at some guys house and was behind thousands of dollars on rent. He paid the landlord back by putting GHB in his drink which literally almost killed him, he scurried away like a little bitch and let people completely ransack the entire place. Bro is still shooting fentanyl and heroin and anything he can get his hands on. Tell me I’m wrong Lil Brody

Not just the prison system but the pharmaceutical companies as well.
My cheating wife sold meth to narcos, got 20 years. I feel sorry for people in that prison locked in there with her.

People practically get away with doing sh•t like that all the time in the US. It definitely helps if you’re black and the victim is Wh•te though.
