  • This is a recipe tutorial that demonstrates how to make a keto-friendly English muffin and with that a ketogenic breakfast sandwich, delish! This sandwich isn't the same as a traditional Mc-sandwich, it's much better!

    Does this taste eggy? Do you think you could toast this muffin to make it more crunchier?

      They are not eggy at ALL! I posted about them earlier today on IG (@wellnessdivachronicles). They are so good toasted and topped with some salted Kerrygold with American cheese. I then wrapped the muffin sandwich in foil and baked at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes-it was DELICIOUS!!!

      I always sift the flour to ensure no clumps in the batter, so everything combines evenly. :)

    Can I use something else instead of coconut?

      Almond flour will likely work, just adjust the portion. You'll need to about triple the amount of flour noted.
