    Very good well said..
    But I request you to use seasonal vegetables...
    Vegetables found in only summer in one recipe
    Vegetables found in only winter in one recipe...
    So that there could be available in market as per season and valuable.

      Make soy chunks biryani.. and trust me you're gonna love it.. I haven't really tasted biryani ever in my life...cuz I wasn't into rice..but this one is a magical.. just throw in some cinnamon sticks , cumin seeds , black pepper powder , garam Masada , cloves , cardamom, salt to taste , turmeric , raisins , 🥔 potato , soy chunks and rice.. and it will be delicious.. add more veggies if you like but this one's my fave.. nothing beats a well cooked pressure cooked soy rice.. 😋

    • @yuvrajr5162
      @yuvrajr5162 2 роки тому +1

      @@Priscillagupta Though I personally dont use paneer much but yes it works with it as well, You can add some variation to base like if you want creamy add some soaked cashews and turns out great. Steam paneer and add the base thats it (For base you can use alternatively sesame seeds, raw coconut or cashews) With vegetables its really taste awesome like (carrot-peas, mix vegetables, potato, corn palak etc). Hope this helps!!

    Try South Indian style sabzi we call it poriyal in tamil
    You can do this with any vegetables just chop bottle guard , add 1 green chilli and sprinkle water and cook it with salt and the end switch off the stove add grated coconut that’s it ! U can do this type with carrot , beetroot, beans ( without tadka ) grate coconut in a wooden grater ( the way we South Indians do ) you l get fine peices of grated coconut ! Do try u l love it

Steam the panner in steamer and just add gravy to it (for gravy - grind tamato’s, coconut, dhaniya, green chilies, jeera, ajwain) and your satvik paneer is ready. Enjoy the cooking.

    Hi Satvic movement
    Thank you so much for educating us with this immense knowledge
    However the one thing I am not clear is in the first curry before you added tomato gravy you did turn off the stove, what’s the reason, shouldn’t we cook the curry for some more time after we added the tomato gravy,
    Same with second curry as well, before you added coconut milk gravy, you turned off the stove
    Please share the medical reading behind this method
