Yes Maharashtrian food has perfect balanced with salads, sprouts, jowar, bajra, thalipeeth, groundnuts, coconut, kokum, simple dal without takda(varan) and rice, perfect healthy meal. And I am saying this not being a maharashtrian myself.

Wow! Such new and fresh recipes to try. Just after watching the video I tried brown rice khichdi and it turned put really good 👍 I offer all 3-4 meals to my lil Krishna first and then have it as prasadam. So these recipes are life savers for me because they Are Satvik also. ❤
Satwik bhojon is all about vegetarian food where onion garlic is restricted. Hence while making palak dosa you can try spreading the batter with a brinjal stem.. thanks
I am from Telangana (It's a state in "South India" as you call it). Please don't generalize South India as one entity by saying "South main Dosha kehte hain" 🙂. Some call it Dosai and we call it Dosa - just like you do in "North India" 😉 . Having said that, I commend your effort to bring these amazing and healthy dishes to the general public.
@@vragini The North too has many regional dialects just like the South so I don't think we can generalize that they all (mis)pronounce alike. This diversity goes both ways. I haven't heard any of my "North Indian" friends from Gujarat, Punjab, Bihar etc. pronounce Dosa any other way than perfectly. But again I could be wrong and some others may pronounce it like that.
