      In all fairness, I liked Bad Boy Bill and DJ Dan back in the day. I also liked speed garage mixed by Robert de la gauthier, 7up, etc..

    I'm fast approaching my umpteenth mid life crisis and I'm still unusual, but having just bought my first set of DDj-SB2's I've found myself shaking in the corner of my man cave whilst playing music, some of which I would never normally listen to just cos it's easier that way, I find your vids very informative and fun to boot, across the room with my cross fader... It's fuming. I'm really pleased you can count it helps me, keep up the great vids they make me laugh a lot and I'm trying to practise each lesson just after the last.... "Look @ the t*ts on that!" lol subbed :-)

    usualy if im doin a 16 bar transition at the end of the 8th bar i swap the bass completely re-energising for the next track. always seems to work well...

    • @bazcole5100
      @bazcole5100 3 роки тому

      @@leenobody3249 he means halfway through a mix he would remove the bass ( the low e.q. ) from the one.
      And replace with the other tracks "bassline"
      Hope that makes sense

      I think it’s more just not knowing the phrase- phrase mixing as I didn’t up until a year ago but it’s just using the 16th beat process

    @ellaskins Why do you count 1 1 2 3, 2 1 2 3, etc. I absolutely appreciate all of your videos and they are very helpful but I think counting this way can be confusing compared to 1 2 3 4, 2 2 3 4, 3 2 3 4, etc. Is this just a habit you formed or is there some reason for this?

    Good Explaining...
    Question: Wenn I am about to bring an new Track in to the currently playing, it must be after 16 Bars, or can i bring the new Track also after 8 Bars in?
    Does that depend on the Structure of the track or should i listen to when a new Thing start to begin in a Track?
