Got some beautiful jumbo shrimp today and fixed them for dinner tonight using your recipe for Panko fried shrimp . They were absolutely DELICIOUS! The shrimp held the breading well, the flavor was great and the “crisp” was perfect. I’m 68 years old and I have cooked many different shrimp recipes over the years but I can say with certainty that this was the best fried shrimp ever! Thanks, Rachel! You ROCK!

I add Old Bay seasoning to my shrimp, my sauce is ketchup, horseradish sauce and Frank's hot sauce to taste.then I serve my shrimp on a platter with a small dish of sauce and wedges of lemon.

Canola oil isn't healthy so I use coconut oil, turns out really crispy and not at all greasy, plus it's good for us.

Absolutely delicious! My teen years were in Premont, TX on Hwy 281. We'd go to SPI and buy the largest shrimp sold from ice chests off of pick up truck beds. They were a special family treat. And we didn't have Panko breadcrumbs in those days! So yes, these were so crispy. Your cocktail sauce was super and perfect. Thanks again for another fabulous recipe! Saludos. ❤

I've been frying shrimp for over 10 years and for the life of me I can't figure out how to keep them from curling up. I've tried several different techniques and nothing has helped. I've followed recipes to a tee and they still curl up. The shrimp curl within 10 seconds of frying and they curl up tight like a fist. They never stay straight. I always use colossal size or jumbo size shrimp. I also use a thermometer to keep track of the heat and all. I fry them for about 2 minutes. I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong!🥺
