Breathwork | Guided Breathing for Beginners | Pilates Breathwork for Relaxation and Managing Anxiety

- Join me for 5 minutes of guided breathing exercises for relaxation, managing anxiety and mindfulness. Using diaphragmatic breathing techniques this session will allow you the time to focus on your pilates breathwork without distractions in order to help you tune into your body, relax your mind and practice the pilates breathing technique. Whether you are new to pilates or have been practicing a long time this will be a lovely short practice to remind you that the breath is where it all begins. I do hope you will give yourself the time and space to enjoy this simple but highly effective breathwork.

That was so lovely, I started out with a bit of a headache, hitching up one shoulder trying to deeply inhale, now realizing how stressed I was - by the end, headache gone, breathing easily and deeply. I will remember this as a magic tool to relax, the outside shots, the beautiful green meadow, sweet 🐑, 🌹, 🌳- I will visualize at night when I can’t sleep. Thank you so much❤❤😊😊
Wonderful Sue! I have wanted to do a relaxation video for a while and wasn't sure how people would take to it without the pilates exercises so I am absolutely thrilled you enjoyed it and it worked for you. Hello Rachel , I am 66yrs old and so happy to have found you, your exercises are so well done, you are so caring and attentive, you are my saviour with my recovery from breast cancer having had left breast mastectomy and reconstruction and reduction of the right breast, i have a scar from hip to hip where the tummy fat was used for the reconstruction, i have been doing the various exercises for a month now and it has helped immensely to give me back my confidence, you are part of my daily routine, i'm so hooked n can feel and see the benefits of your help.
